そのなかで、ラ・リーガ終了後に来日するバルセロナのマルク=アンドレ・テア・シュテーゲンら数選手は所属先のシーズンがまだ終わっていない関係から遅れての合流に。チームは7日に合流し、始動するという。
ユーロ2024のホスト国ということで予選が免除され、強化試合を通じて世代交代も推し進めるドイツは12日にブレーメンでウクライナ代表戦後、16日にワルシャワでポーランド代表と対戦。続く20日にはゲルゼンキルヒェンでコロンビア代表との強化マッチに挑む。

出番を求めたGKラムズデールがアーセナルからサウサンプトンに完全移籍! 4年契約「笑顔でいられるのが楽しみ」
サウサンプトンは30日、アーセナルのイングランド代表GKアーロン・ラムズデール(26)を完全移籍で獲得したことを発表した。 契約期間は、2028年6月30日までの4年間。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』によれば、移籍金は1800万ポンド(約34億5000万円)で、最大2500万ポンド(約47億9000万円)になるのことだ。 ラムズデールは、シェフィールド・ユナイテッドでのパフォーマンスが評価され、2021年8月にアーセナルへと完全移籍。ドイツ代表GKベルント・レノの控えだったが、チームが開幕から全く勝てずにいると、インターナショナル・マッチウィーク明けからミケル・アルテタ監督はラムズデールを起用。日本代表DF冨安健洋ら新戦力と共にチームの復調に貢献。そのまま正守護神となった。 足元の技術に優れ、ビルドアップを含めた攻撃への関与でチームの力となっていたラムズデールだったが、2023年夏にスペイン代表GKダビド・ラヤが加入。すると、程なくしてポジションを奪われ、完全に控えの立ち位置となってしまった。 ラムズデールはアーセナルで通算89試合に出場し32試合でクリーンシートを達成。プレミアリーグではこれまで153試合に出場し38試合でクリーンシートを達成していた。 ラムズデールはクラブを通じてコメントしている。 「本当に嬉しい。監督のプレーの仕方、僕が彼と話したときの彼の様子、彼はとにかくとても熱意に満ちていた。僕は彼に会ったことがなかったけど、彼は僕に自分が8フィートくらい背が高いように感じさせてくれた。まさにそれが望み通りだった」 「僕と家族にとって、南海岸に戻ってくることは、他の人よりも簡単に移行できると思うし、すぐに仕事に取り掛かれると感じている。今年は、自分の得意なことに戻って、ここでそれをしながら笑顔でいられるのが楽しみだ」 2024.08.30 21:02 Fri

ドイツ代表招集拒否が話題のGKレノ、改めて考えを語る「そんなつもりはなかった」「チャンスがもらえるとは思えない」

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

「全くもってプロではなかった」浅野拓磨を見下した?リュディガーのステップをドイツ代表のレジェンドも問題視「相手を軽んじてはいけない」

ドイツ代表に激震、77年続いたアディダスとの契約終了…2027年からはナイキに
