ドイツ代表のユリアン・ナーゲルスマン監督(36)がユーロ2024後も指揮する運びとなった。

ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)は19日、2026年にアメリカ、カナダ、メキシコの3カ国共催で行われる北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)まで契約を延長した旨を発表。昨年9月に着任したナーゲルスマン監督の契約は当初、自国開催となる今夏のユーロ2024までだった。

青年監督はDFBの公式サイトで「これは心からの決断。代表チームの監督となり、国内最高の選手たちと仕事ができるのは大変光栄なこと」とし、決意を新たにしている。
「情熱的なパフォーマンスをもって成功させ、国全体を鼓舞するチャンスだ。3月のフランスとオランダ相手の勝利は本当に感動した。自国でのユーロで成功したいし、コーチ陣と一緒にW杯に挑戦するのが本当に楽しみだ」

ナーゲルスマン監督はバイエルンが今季限りで退任するトーマス・トゥヘル監督の後任として再招へいに動くのではないかとされ、具体的な交渉も取り沙汰されたが、ユーロ以降も代表を率いる決断に至ったようだ。
なお、ナーゲルスマン体制発足後のドイツは6試合の国際親善試合を消化。3勝1分け2敗としている。

トッテナム復帰願望語ったポチェッティーノ監督、ただし今夏の実現は望み薄?

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

「これはどっちも買う」「素敵すぎ」ドイツ代表のW杯ユニが大好評!ホームは1908年をモチーフに

19歳の至宝ヴィルツが憧れるクラブとは? レバークーゼンは安売り許さず?
