昨季は僅差のゲームを続けながらも、開幕4連敗と苦しいスタートを切った。だが、走力や粘り強さといったチームの軸がブレなかったことで終盤戦では台風の目に。勝てば優勝が決まる浦和に土を付け、上位の東京NB、I神戸とも立て続けのドローを演じ、ラスト6試合では3勝2分け1敗の成績を残した。廣瀬龍新監督はカップ戦を通じて24選手に出場機会を与え、選手配置も含めて様々なトライを決行。1人1人にもプロ意識を植え付けるなど、昨季を越えるべく改革が続いている。

【注目選手】
●MF伊藤めぐみ
中盤の2列目、3列目が主戦場だったが、キャプテンに就任した今季は1.5列目のようなファジーな位置に。豊富な運動量でプレッシングの起点となるだけでなく、得点への意欲も向上し、カップ戦の開幕節同様、再び東京NB戦でのゴールを狙う。

●FW川船暁海
長野のアカデミーであるシュベスターから初のトップ昇格を果たした、地元出身の19歳。昨シーズンから11番を背負うスピードスターは、今季のWEリーグカップでも2ゴールをマークし、長野の新エースとして名乗りを上げる。

●FWタニガーン・デーンダー
タイ女子代表として84試合37得点のキャリアを誇る173cmの大型FWで、フランス女子W杯にも出場している。スウェーデンや中国のクラブでのプレー経験もあり、実績は十分。兄はサンフレッチェ広島や清水エスパルスに所属していたティーラシン。

昨季は千葉玲海菜と林香奈絵、攻守のキーマンが開幕前に前十字じん帯断裂で離脱した影響は大きかった。序盤戦から苦しい戦いが続き、監督交代も決行。3バックから4バックへと変更し、粘りのリーグ最多8分けを記録した一方、勝利数は最少タイに。6戦連続ドローなど、文字通り勝ち切れない試合が続いた。ただ、今季は上記2選手が復活。千葉は大澤春花とともにアジア競技大会でもゴールを量産し、好調を維持している。ヘッドコーチにはスペイン人のイスマエル・オルトゥーニョ氏を招くなど、新スタイルの構築にも挑戦している。

【注目選手】
●FW千葉玲海菜
大ケガから復帰し、W杯のメンバーにも滑り込んだが、出場機会はわずか。鬱憤を晴らすようにアジア競技大会では7得点を挙げ、パリ・オリンピック アジア2次予選のウズベキスタン女子代表戦でもゴールと、今季大暴れの予感を漂わせる。

●DF上野紗稀
2017年なでしこリーグカップ優勝時のキャプテンが、3年ぶりに浦和から帰ってきた。運動量と左足の精度は健在で、ビルドアップでの挑戦するチームの中でも種々のキックで好機を演出する。

●MFビアン・サンプソン
オーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子W杯にも出場したジャマイカ女子代表の主軸ボランチが電撃加入。ポテンシャルに疑いはないため、日本とチームの水にどれだけ馴染み、本来の実力を発揮できるかに注目が集まる。

◆ノジマステラ神奈川相模原(N相模原)

昨季の得点力不足は現在も影を落としている。得点数はリーグで2番目に少ない「17」で、5連敗を含む8戦未勝利のままシーズンを終了。今季のWEリーグカップでもゴールが遠かった上に立ち上がりの失点が続き、白星なしのまま開幕を迎える事態に。また、ケガや病気でスパイクを脱ぐこととなった選手に加え、古参の石田みなみが引退し、小林海青もSSDナポリへ移籍。ゲームの作りの部分は向上しているだけに、個性派が揃う攻撃陣の奮起と、新たなチームの顔の登場にも期待したい。

【注目選手】
●FW笹井一愛
昨季トップチームへ昇格し、3得点を挙げた育成組織ドゥーエ出身のドリブラーが今季はプロ契約を締結した。当たりに強く走力も抜群な19歳は、年代別の日本女子代表にも定期的に名を連ねている。

●FW榊原琴乃
AC長野から新加入した年代別の代表でも研鑽を積むドリブラーで、アジア競技大会での優勝も経験した。笹井と形成する19歳コンビの両翼もロマンがあるが、狭いエリアをこじ開ける技術も持ち、2列目での起用も。

●GK岩崎有波
ドゥーエ所属のU-17日本女子代表の守護神は、ショットストップのみならず足下にも自信を持ち、ハイライン上等の強心臓。途中出場ながらもすでにトップチームデビューを果たし、2024年2月からの正式加入も発表された。

中村憲剛氏は親目線で熱のこもった意見も、「国際女性デー」トークイベントで女子サッカーの現状や未来を安藤梢らと語る

8日、「国際女性デー」に合わせて「JFA女子サッカーデー オンライントークイベント」が開催された。 日本サッカー協会(JFA)は2019年度第5回理事会で「国際女性デー」である3月8日を「JFA 女子サッカーデー」に制定。2020年より女子サッカーの普及に向けた種々の活動を行っている。 今回のイベントには安藤梢(三菱重工浦和レッズレディース)、中村憲剛氏(JFAロールモデルコーチ/川崎フロンターレ Frontale Relations Organizer)、髙田春奈氏(WEリーグチェア)、佐々木則夫JFA女子委員長の4名が登壇。テレビ東京のアナウンサー、竹﨑由佳さんの司会で進行した。 5日に再開したYogibo WEリーグについての話からスタートしたトークショーは、プロ化2年目を迎えて競技レベルやトレーニングに対する意識向上など、選手目線からはポジティブな声が聞かれ、一方で海外のリーグや代表と比較して認知度や集客性は改善すべき課題だとの見解も示された。普及活動の実績を踏まえながら女子育成年代の現状にも触れ、7月に開催されるオーストラリア&ニュージーランド・女子ワールドカップ(W杯)へ向けてなでしこジャパンへもエールが送られた。 中村氏は親としての目線も交え、「(子供たちが)1つの勝利に向かって頑張る姿っていうのは自分の娘だけじゃなくすごい感情移入してしまう。だから至るところにもっと(子供たちがボールに触れることができる環境が)増えればいいんだろうなって思う」とも語る。同時に育成年代の選手登録の問題にも言及した。 「少年と少女と分かれているので結構複雑。高学年になっていくと登録問題が出てきて男子に登録すると女子に出られなくなっちゃう、(都道府県)FAによって違うみたいなんですよね。何とかできませんか?」と佐々木委員長に確認を求めるなど、熱がこもった。 また、女子サッカーデーを契機とした取り組みの1つには、中村氏の娘が「めちゃくちゃ食いついてきました」というディズニーとのコラボレーション企画「JFA Magical Field Inspired by Disney」の"First Touch"がある。 2023年は昨年の4倍となる32会場で実施されるなど好評を博し、中村氏も「(子供たちが)ボールに触れる機会を増やしたい。こういうイベントで裾野を広げるというのは非常に大きな効果がある」と太鼓判を押した。 WEリーグや女子サッカーを盛り上げるための議論の中では、ピッチ内外での情報発信や交流にも言及された。 リーグには理念である『女子サッカー・スポーツを通じて、夢や生き方の多様性にあふれ、一人ひとりが輝く社会の実現・発展に貢献する』ことを体現することを目的として「WE ACTION DAY」が定められている。 多彩な活動を行う川崎フロンターレで育った中村氏は、ピッチ上で与える価値はもちろんのこと、ピッチ外でも「積極的に地域貢献活動を行い、ピッチ外でも存在価値を高めることで、地域の方にスタジアムに足を運んでもらう(ことができる)。僕らはいい試合をして、ピッチ外では触れ合って」と、好循環が生まれるとのこと。髙田チェアも「地域の人たちと連携していくことで競技力の面でもプラスになるということを証明してくださったクラブ。すごく参考になる」と同調した。 安藤がプロ選手の立場として「自分たちがいいプレーをしたものを多くの人に見てもらえるものあるといいなと」とテレビを含めたコンテンツの充実を望めば、SNS等のさらなる活用や継続性も重要だと中村氏。社会連携活動も含めて「ピッチ上と同じくらいオフのところを見たい派の方たちは実はすごく多くて、意外とそういうところにヒントがあるんじゃないかな?」と語るなど、様々な目線から今後の女子サッカー発展に向けた声が聞こえることとなった。 2023.03.09 15:30 Thu

EL埼玉が前回女王・東京NBを破り準決勝進出!浦和は安藤梢の2ゴールで千葉Lに完勝【皇后杯】
