アジア競技大会で見事に連覇を達成した日本女子代表。キャプテンとして優勝に大きな貢献を見せた三菱重工浦和レッズレディースのMF塩越柚歩のオフショットが話題を呼んでいる。先日まで行われた第19回アジア競技大会。なでしこジャパンとは別チームの編成で大会に臨んでいた日本は、2018年に続いて連覇を達成。決勝では北朝鮮女子代表相手に勝利を収めていた。
東京オリンピックではなでしこジャパンとしてプレーした塩越だが、その後は招集を受けず。所属の浦和Lでは存在感を示し、チームのWEリーグ初制覇に貢献していた。
背番号10を背負い、チームに貢献した塩越。帰国してからのオフショットを自身のインスタグラムに投稿したが、その姿が話題だ。
塩越はコストコに出向いたようで、「久しぶりに大好きなアサイーを摂取」とアサイーボウルを食べたことを報告。「寒かったり暑かったり洋服難しい」「みなさん風邪には気をつけてください」と呼びかけていた。
WEリーグはカップ戦決勝が14日に予定されており、サンフレッチェ広島レジーナとアルビレックス新潟レディースが対戦。リーグ戦は11月に開幕を迎える。

「WEリーグの選手もできる」なでしこジャパンの10番が狙う4年ぶりの代表戦ゴール 塩越柚歩がE-1で示したい、“国内組の力”
東アジアE-1サッカー選手権に臨むなでしこジャパン(女子日本代表)は7日、開催地の韓国入り後初の全体練習を行った。初招集メンバーは10名。若手も多く揃う中、「プレーでもピッチ外でもリーダーシップが取れたら」と笑顔を見せるのは、今大会で背番号10を背負う塩越柚歩だ。 代表招集は約8カ月ぶりで、2025年2月に就任したニルス・ニールセン監督の下でプレーをするのは今大会が初めてとなる。 初日の練習を終え「ちょっと戸惑いというか、(監督が求めているプレーは)“これで合っているのかな”というのは、正直あった」と率直な感想を語る一方で、「みんなですり合わせながら、やっていけた感覚はある」と手応えも得ながら汗を流した。 今大会のメンバー選考について、ニールセン監督は「WEリーグから非常に才能ある選手を選んだ」と明言する。国内組が多く名を連ねる中、ボランチでの起用が予想される塩越に求められているのは、得点に絡む大胆なプレーだ。 7日に行われた11対11ゲーム形式のトレーニングでも、ゴール前に飛び込んでいくプレーを披露。「無理に(ボールを)受けに行かないでほしいと言われていたので、あまり(最終ラインまで)落ちるプレーはしないように意識した」と話し、「『ここぞ』っていうタイミングで、ゴール前に迫ることを言われている」と与えられている役割を明かした。 2024-25シーズンのWEリーグ第8節・サンフレッチェ広島レジーナ戦では、ペナルティーエリア手前横パスから華麗なダイレクトシュートをゴール右上に突き刺し、リーグ年間ベストゴールにも輝いた。今回の招集は、そうした国内リーグでの活躍を惜しみなく発揮してほしいという指揮官からのメッセージでもあるのだ。 2021年4月に行われた国際親善試合で初選出された塩越は、なでしこデビューとなったパラグアイ戦で2ゴール1アシストを挙げ、大きな爪痕を残していた。 「普段の代表は海外組が多い中で、“WEリーグの選手もできる”のを見せられる大会になると思う。より結果が大事」と意気込む背番号10は、約4年ぶりにネットを揺らすことができるか。 チームは大会3連覇を目標に、まずは9日に行われるチャイニーズ・タイペイとの初戦に臨む。 2025.07.08 12:00 Tue

なでしこ熊谷紗希が代表通算150試合、南萌華も通算50試合出場達成
アメリカ遠征のSheBelieves Cup2024を経て、なでしこジャパンのDF熊谷紗希が6日のアメリカ女子代表戦で代表通算150試合出場、南萌華が9日のブラジル女子代表戦で同50試合出場を達成した。 熊谷は2008年3月7日のキプロスカップ、カナダ女子代表戦に途中出場し、佐々木則夫監督(現:女子委員長)の元で高校2年生時になでしこジャパンデビュー。2011年ドイツ女子ワールドカップ(W杯)や2012年ロンドン・オリンピックでは、主軸として優勝、銀メダル獲得に大きく貢献。2015年カナダ女子W杯でも準優勝を経験した。 2017年、高倉麻子前監督にキャプテンに任命され、2019年フランス女子W杯や東京オリンピック2020に出場。池田太監督からも引き続いて主将に任命され、2023年オーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子W杯ではベスト8入り。パリ・オリンピック出場権の獲得にも貢献した。 ブラジル戦では控えに回ったが、これまでなでしこジャパン通算150試合に出場し、2得点をマークしている。 南はU-17、U-20と育成年代の女子W杯2代制覇を経験し、2019年3月2日のSheBelieves Cupブラジル戦にてなでしこジャパンデビュー。早々に代表へ定着し、フランス女子W杯メンバーにも選出され、初戦のアルゼンチン女子代表戦でW杯出場も果たした。 東京オリンピックにも出場し、2023年の女子W杯では完全な主軸に。なでしこジャパンでは通算50試合に出場し、4ゴールをマーク。なでしこデビューとなったSheBelieves Cupのブラジル戦という、同じシチュエーションで節目を飾ることとなった。 2024.04.10 20:05 Wed
