再開初戦黒星で未勝利続くも…N相模原に変化の兆し、大賀理紗子「きっかけは掴めている」 WEリーグデビューの大竹麻友「気持ちの変化はあった」

体制新たにリーグ戦再開を迎えたノジマステラ神奈川相模原だったが、またしても今季初勝利はお預けとなった。 N相模原は3日、ウインターブレイクが明けての再開初戦、2023-24 WEリーグ第8節で日テレ・東京ヴェルディベレーザとホームで対戦。0-2で敗れた。 中断前の戦績は1分け6敗の最下位。リーグワーストの得点数「4」にとどまった攻撃面を補うべく、なでしこリーグ1部で3年連続二桁得点の大竹麻友や、昨季12ゴールを挙げた片山由菜を補強し、2月5日には監督交代も決断した。 今節はこれまでの[4-3-3]ではなく、[3-4-3]の布陣で臨むと、東京NBの3バックに対し、立ち上がりは3トップのプレッシングが噛み合い、度々のショートカウンターも発動。だが、19分に先制を許すと、冷静さを取り戻した相手に主導権を握られ、終盤の反撃も及ばなかった。 就任から1カ月弱でチームを作ることとなった小笠原唯志暫定監督は試合後、「期間的にも詰め込む形にはなりましたが、選手たちはその中でよくやってくれたと思っています」と新たな試みにトライした選手を労うとともに、個々のさらなる成長にも期待を寄せた。 「前からプレッシングに行くのは準備期間でやってきたことなので、臆病にならずに10分から15分は行けたと思っています。90分ずっと行ってほしいですが、体力的な部分もあるので(それが難しいのは理解している)。ただ、立ち上がりの部分はこれからも継続していきたい」 「(プレスを)1本外されたら逆にリスクにはなるので、ギリギリに感じたかもしれませんが、個人の能力を上げれば(剥がされたとしても最後は)破られないので、その力を上げたい育成の部分も兼ねているので。行けば行くほど外された側面もありますが、それを怖がっていると今後に繋がらないので、どこかでエネルギーを使って取ることを、リスクを負いながらでもやっていきたいと思っています」 ゲームキャプテンを務めた大賀理紗子は、「後半は後手後手になったかなと感じました」と、東京NBの対応力に上回られたことを認めながらも、「迷いなくできたのは成果で、チームとしてはきっかけをつかめてきている」との感触も口にしている。 「チームとして変化があった中で、役割がはっきりした分、前から行くところでは、迷いなくできたのは成果です。前半戦は前から行きたくても、はまらないことがたくさんあったので、今日の前半の最初は、前がコースを限定してくれた中で後ろが強くいけたのは良かったと思います。チームとしてはきっかけをつかめてきているとは思います」 パスコースを限定させ、受け手への強いアプローチで奪い切れていた序盤から、徐々にセカンドボール争いでも後れを取る場面が散見され始めた。「流れの悪い時間帯は、こぼれたボールが相手に行く回数が多いと感じていた」という点については、「こぼれたあとに全体の重心が後ろになっていたので、そこでもう1つ詰められていたら、取り切れたかもしれない。前半の最初は、どっちのボールかという場面で、もう一歩が詰められていたと思うので、そういう一歩の差で、セカンドボールの回収率も上がるのかなとは思いました」との見解を示した。 3トップの中央で先発出場した新加入の大竹は「立ち上がりから行こうという話はしていたので、そこはしっかりハマったと思いますけど、そこで決め切れないと、苦しい展開になるんだなと改めて思いました」とゲームを振り返る。 この試合では大竹以外にも、片山、根府桃子、東京NBの神谷千菜、鈴木陽と、今冬になでしこリーグのチームから加入した各選手がWEリーグデビューを果たしている。 「よりサッカーに打ち込める環境を作ってもらって、サッカー以外のときもサッカー以外のことを考えるようになりました。(東京NBを含めてWEリーグチームとは)皇后杯などで戦ってきましたけど、自分自身がプロサッカー選手になったという、気持ちの変化はありました」 周囲が"なでしこリーグを代表する選手"との目で期待を寄せるなかで、大竹は「なでしこリーグ、WEリーグ関係なく、自自身のプレーをすることがチームのためになると思うので、まずは初勝利と初ゴールを挙げられるように頑張ります」と、次戦以降への意気込みを語った。 N相模原は次節、10日にちふれASエルフェン埼玉とアウェイで対戦する。新たな戦い方での公式戦を1つ経て、この1週間でどれだけブラッシュアップを図れるだろうか。 2024.03.05 16:30 Tue

広島の迫井深也HCと浦和Lの工藤輝央SDがProライセンス認定

日本サッカー協会(JFA)は17日、2025年度の第4回理事会を開催。Proライセンス認定者2名を発表した。 今回認定された2名は、いずれも2024年度に受講。サンフレッチェ広島のヘッドコーチを務める迫井深也氏と三菱重工浦和レッズレディースのスポーツダイレクター(SD)を務める工藤輝央氏が認定された。 迫井氏はFC東京の普及部やU-15深川のコーチを務めたのち、2011年に広島のジュニアユースのコーチに就任。その後、ジュニアユースの監督を務めると、2018年からトップチームのコーチに就任した。 工藤氏は広島朝鮮学園や作陽高校などでGKコーチを務め、2007年に浦和レッズレディースのコーチに就任。その後は、浦和のアカデミーやジュニア、ジュニアユース、ユースで監督やコーチを歴任。トップチームでもコーチを務めると、2022年1月にFC岐阜のGKコーチに就任。2022年はヘッドコーチも務め、2023年にはベガルタ仙台でGKコーチを務めた後、2024年7月に浦和LのSDに就任している。 なお、2024年受講者20名のうち、今回の2名で合計17名が認定されることに。また、合計でProライセンスコーチ認定者は598名となった。 <h3>◆2024年度受講者 17名/20名</h3> 迫井深也氏(48) 指導チーム:サンフレッチェ広島 2013年:Aジェネラルライセンス取得 2025年:Proライセンス取得 工藤輝央氏(45) 指導チーム:なし 2014年:Aジェネラルライセンス取得 2025年:Proライセンス取得 2025.04.18 16:38 Fri

「ついにこの瞬間がやって来ました」WE優勝の浦和L栗島朱里が歓喜!あの"伝統芸"がレディースでついに完成か「こだわり抜いたこの真顔」
