カラバオカップ(EFLカップ)3回戦の7試合が17日に行われた。
マンチェスター・ユナイテッドはEFLリーグ1(3部)のバーンズリーとホームで対戦し、7-0の圧勝を飾った。
ウガルテをスタメン起用し、コリアーを左サイドバックに置くなどいくつかのポジションでターンオーバーを敢行したユナイテッド。しかし、立ち上がりから格下相手に力の差を見せつけた。
開始16分にガルナチョからのサイドチェンジを受けたラッシュフォードがそのままボックス内に持ち込んで公式戦2試合連続ゴールを記録。さらに、35分にはアントニーがPKを決めて今季初ゴール。さらに、前半終了間際と後半立ち上がりにはガルナチョが連続ゴールを決めて早々に試合を決めた。
その後、ラッシュフォードもガルナチョに続いてこの試合2ゴール目を決めると、後半終盤にはエリクセンが見事なコントロールシュートなどこちらも連続ゴールを挙げ、ホームで7-0の圧勝を飾った。

「爽やか〜」「かっこよすぎ」田中碧のニューヘアーが大絶賛、大先輩も「髪型グーやん」

新シーズンに臨む鎌田が“神頼み” 滝をバックにした1枚には先輩・原口が「一回滝に打たれた方がいいよ」と一言

「また1人ファーディナンドが増えるぞ!!」最愛の妻の死から3年…リオが昨年再婚した妻の妊娠を発表!

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

「絶対に謝らない」ハーランド父に復讐したロイ・キーンが“報復”タックルを否定
