今夏の移籍が取り沙汰されているフォルトゥナ・デュッセルドルフの日本代表MF田中碧(25)だが、なかなか話が進展していない。
2023年夏もステップアップを目指した田中だったが、2022-23シーズン終盤に負傷したことも影響し、関心こそ寄せられるも移籍金を支払うクラブが現れず、デュッセルドルフに残留した。
迎えた20223-24シーズンは、序盤戦はパフォーマンスも低く、批判の的に。移籍が失敗したことの影響が取り沙汰され、結果がなかなか出ないチームの戦犯扱いとなった。
しかし、秋頃からパフォーマンスを取り戻すと、チームの軸として懸命にプレー。最終的には2.ブンデスリーガ(ドイツ2部)で3位に終わり、ボーフムとの昇降格プレーオフに進出。1stレグで大きなアドバンテージを得たが、2ndレグでまさかの逆転負けを喫し、再び2部で戦うことが決定した。
リーグ戦30試合で7ゴール4アシストを記録した田中。デュッセルドルフは、流石に今夏の売却を考え始め、田中が移籍に動き出したものの、話が進展せず。ドイツ『ビルト』によれば、クラブはエージェントが仕事をしないことに腹を立てていると報じていた。
田中のエージェントはこれまで「CAA Base Ltd」が務めており、顧客には韓国代表FWソン・フンミン(トッテナム)やイングランド代表MFコール・パーマー(チェルシー)、日本代表DF板倉滉(ボルシアMG)、日本代表DF町田浩樹(ロイヤル・ユニオン・サン=ジロワーズ)などがいる。
そんな中、田中がエージェントを変更。「Sports360」に変更した。
「Sports360」は、日本代表DF菅原由勢(AZ)やドイツ代表MFトニ・クロース(レアル・マドリー)、ドイツ代表FWティモ・ヴェルナー(トッテナム)らが顧客にいるエージェントだ。
さらに、田中の獲得に関心を寄せているとされるボルシアMGの選手も多く契約しており、アメリカ代表DFジョー・スカリー、ドイツ代表MFロッコ・ライツ、ドイツ代表MFユリアン・ヴァグルなどがいる。
『ビルト』によれば、代理人が仕事をせず、移籍先の話や交渉など何もして来ないとしてデュッセルドルフ側が不信感を持っていると伝えていたが、今回の代理人変更もそこが理由の可能性が大きく、今回の変更により移籍の話が加速する可能性は十分にありそうだ。

先日結婚を発表したロイヤル・ユニオン・サン=ジロワーズの日本代表DF町田浩樹(26)が、自身のインスタグラムで妻との2ショット写真を投稿し話題だ。
日本代表として2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選を戦った町田。11日のシリア代表戦ではフル出場し、無失点の勝利に貢献していた。
2023-24シーズンは、チームでも守備の要として活躍。公式戦45試合で3ゴール1アシストを記録するなどし、110年ぶりとなるクロッキーカップ優勝にも貢献していた。
その町田は12日にインスタグラムで結婚を発表。6月7日に入籍したことを伝えていた。
ブリュッセルの世界遺産であるグラン・プラスでのキスショットをアップしていた中、新たに妻との2ショットを多数投稿。顔も分かる写真が複数枚投稿され、話題を呼んでいる。
ファンは「素敵すぎる」、「おめでとう」、「素敵なお二人」とコメント。また「美しすぎるわ」、「奥様素敵」、「美男美女」、「奥さん綺麗すぎ」、「流石にエグい」と、町田の妻に驚きの声もあがっている。

ロイヤル・ユニオン・サン=ジロワーズの日本代表DF町田浩樹(26)が自身のインスタグラムで結婚を報告した。
12日の投稿で夫人と誓いのキスをする写真とともに、「Just married 2024.6.7」と綴り、入籍を明らかに。次の投稿では「ブリュッセル、僕の街。愛している」と綴るとともに、さまざまな風景をバックにした夫人とのウェディングフォトも公開した。
町田は2022年1月に鹿島アントラーズからサン=ジロワーズ入りして、ベルギーを主戦場に。今季は公式戦45試合で3得点1アシストの活躍を披露し、クロッキーカップ優勝にも貢献した。
代表では昨年9月のデビューから、ここまで10キャップをマーク。11日に広島で行われた2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選のシリア代表戦ではフル出場していた。

日本代表GK谷晃生(FC町田ゼルビア)が、シリア代表戦を振り返った。
11日、エディオンピースウイング広島で2026年北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選の最終節が行われ、日本はシリアと対戦した。
日本は6連勝をかけての戦いに。対するシリアは、負ければ2次予選敗退が濃厚となる難しい一戦となったが、日本は5-0で圧勝。アウェイに続いて2試合連続続けて5ゴールを記録。2次予選は6連勝、24得点無失点という圧倒的な強さを見せつけた。
谷は4-0となった76分にGk大迫敬介と交代で出場。今回のシリーズでは出番がないかと思われた中、珍しいGKの交代となった。
残り15分程度の中での出場に「難しかったです」と試合後のメディア取材で語った谷。ここまでの2次予選は5連続クリーンシートで、残り15分で全試合クリーンシートという状況だったが「プレッシャーもありました。ただ、良い経験ができました」と、率直な気持ちを語った。
2022年7月に行われたEAFF E-1サッカー選手権の韓国代表戦で日本代表デビューを果たした谷。その後は長らく招集されない時期もあったが、遂に代表2キャップ目を記録した。
「できることをやるだけだなと思いましたし、出るための準備、チャンスが来たとき、アクシデントがあったときに出られる準備は常にしていました。試合中はスイッチ切らずにやっていました」
しっかりと準備をし続けていたという谷。今回は大迫、そしてGK前川黛也と共にトレーニングに励んだが、刺激も多かったという。
「凄く刺激を受けました。トレーニングから刺激を受けましたし、代表期間外でも刺激を受けているので、こういう活動で一緒にプレーできて良かったです」
日本代表で現在は1stチョイスの大迫、そして昨シーズンはJ1で見事に優勝を果たしたヴィッセル神戸の正守護神である前川との活動は刺激になるはずだ。
短い時間でプレッシャーも多少あった中で、最終ラインの選手はDF冨安健洋、DF板倉滉、DF町田浩樹と東京オリンピック世代の選手たちだった。
「その辺りは、変な難しさは感じなかったです」と振り返った谷。「世代問わずみんなからもらっています」と、今回の代表活動では刺激があったというが、首位を走る町田に戻って更なる高いパフォーマンスを見せてくれるのか注目だ。

トッテナムは25日、2024-25シーズンに向けアンジェ・ポステコグルー監督率いる新コーチングスタッフを発表した。
トッテナムでは今シーズンからシニア・アシスタントコーチを務めていたクリス・デイビス氏がバーミンガム・シティの新監督就任のためシーズン終了後に退任。その後任としてアシスタントコーチを務めていたマット・ウェルズ氏が内部昇格となった。
また、ライアン・メイソン氏、ミル・ジェディナク氏は引き続きアシスタントコーチ、ロブ・バーチ氏もGKコーチとして留任となった。
一方、新たにコーチングスタッフに迎え入れられたのは、ニック・モンゴメリー氏とセルジオ・ライムンド氏の2人。
リーズ生まれでスコットランドにルーツを持つモンゴメリー氏は、現役時代にシェフィールド・ユナイテッドやミルウォールとイングランドのクラブでプレー。現役引退後は古巣であるオーストラリアのセントラル・コースト・マリナーズ、スコットランドのハイバーニアンの指揮官を歴任していた。
一方、ポルトガル人指導者のセルジオ氏はベンフィカのアカデミーでの仕事を経て、4大陸7カ国で指導。セントラル・コーストとハイバーニアンでモンゴメリー氏の副官を務めていた。
ポステコグルー監督は新体制発足に際して以下のコメントを残している。
「マットがシニアアシスタントコーチに任命されたことを嬉しく思う。彼は素晴らしい労働倫理と細部へのこだわりを持つ優秀な若手コーチだ。彼はこのチャンスに完全に値する」

トッテナムは24日、2024-25シーズンのアウェイキットを発表した。
2023-24シーズンはアンジェ・ポステコグルー監督が指揮した中、プレミアリーグでは5位フィニッシュ。2024-25シーズンのヨーロッパリーグ(EL)出場権を獲得した。
すでにホームキットは発表されており、クラブカラーのホワイトをベースに、ネイビーの袖が復活。襟元もネイビーとシンプルなデザインとなっていた。
アウェイキットはライトブルー。1980年代のアウェイキットの代名詞であったパターンを復活させ、濃いブルーのストライプを入れている。また、クラブのエンブレムは胸の中央に配置された。
また、袖と首元には、黄色、白のラインが施されている。
スパーズのファンとして知られるデジタルクリエイターのダニー・アーロンズ氏は、今回のユニフォームについて言及している。
「スパーズのファンとして、ユニフォームにクラシックなインスピレーションを取り入れるのは大好きだ。子供の頃、アウェイユニフォームに青いストライプがあったのを覚えている」
「今に合わせてデザインがアップデートされているのを見るのは本当に嬉しい。私にとってこれはスパーズの象徴的なアウェイユニフォームだ。来シーズン、ピッチでこれを見るのが待ちきれない」
ファンは「カラーリングは好き」、「悪くない」、「懐かしい感じがある」という声がある一方で、「アルゼンチンなのか?」、「なぜロゴが真ん中に」、「ひどいシャツだ」、「もう2度とデザインしないで欲しい」、「これはない」、「パジャマに見えるぞ」と否定的な声が多数あり、特にエンブレムが中央に来ていることに不満を抱いているサポーターが多いようだ。

トッテナムのブラジル代表DFエメルソン・ロイヤル(25)がミランの動向を喜んだ。『フットボール・イタリア』が伝えた。
トッテナムでの3シーズン目は公式戦先発数が13試合にとどまったエメルソン。ケガ人が多発した最終ラインにおいて本職ではないセンターバックや左サイドバックもこなしたが、アンジェ・ポステコグルー監督体制では序列を落とし、今夏の移籍が現実味を帯びている。
有力な移籍先として考えられているのがミランで、すでに代理人と接触があったという報道も。ビジャレアルからの関心も浮上しているが、本人はミラン入り希望と伝えられていた。
そんななか、エメルソンはジャーナリストのアンドレ・エルナン氏のYouTubeチャンネルに出演。自らの言葉でミランに動きがあることを明かした。
「実のところ、まだ何も決まっていない。もちろん、ミランがトッテナムに連絡を取っていることは知っている。彼らは僕の情報を求めている。多くのブラジル人選手がミランでプレーしてきたから、そのような動きがあるのはとても嬉しいことだ」
「何が起こるか、待って見てみよう。ミランのユニフォームはとても重要で意味のあるものだ。このようなチームが追いかけてくれているのを知ると、とても嬉しくなる」
ミランの右サイドバックにはイタリア代表DFダビデ・カラブリア(27)とイタリア代表DFアレッサンドロ・フロレンツィ(33)がいるが、フロレンツィはパウロ・フォンセカ新監督の構想に入らない見込み。カラブリアも契約が残り1年を切るが、契約延長には至っていない。
なお、エメルソンとトッテナムの契約は残り2年。移籍金は2000万ユーロ(約34億2000万円)程度になると予想されている。

トッテナムのアンジェ・ポステコグルー監督がユーロ2024でのイングランド代表に感想を述べた。イギリス『デイリー・メール』が報じている。
グループCの2試合で勝ち点4を稼ぎ、首位に立つイングランド。突破は果たしそうな状況だが、ここまでの2試合ですっきりしない戦いぶりが続き、乏しい内容に眉をひそめるような意見が飛ぶ。
そのなかで、本来の持ち場と異なるポジションで起用するガレス・サウスゲイト監督の試みが1つのトピックに。ポステコグルー監督もそうした起用法に懐疑的な見方をしているようだ。
出演した『ITV』で「イングランドが過去の大会で大きな変更を施し、それがうまくいった例はたくさん知っている。ただ、現時点でそういう状況ではない」とし、こう意見した。
「まずは選手が本来のポジションでプレーする姿が見たい。それからだと思う。中盤を中盤のエリアに、ウインガーをウインガーのエリアに置ければ、そして、それが目指すプレーの仕方なら、少しは安定していくはずだ」
トッテナム指揮官がそう言うイングランドはここまでトレント・アレクサンダー=アーノルドのボランチ起用が続き、キーラン・トリッピアーが左サイドバックでプレー。25日には勝ち点2で3位につけるスロベニア代表との最終戦に臨む。

韓国代表FWソン・フンミンとトッテナムが、ウルグアイ代表MFロドリゴ・ベンタンクールの人種差別発言問題を受けて声明を発表した。
ベンタンクールは先日、ウルグアイ『Canal 10』の番組「Por La Camiseta」に出演。司会者のラファ・コテロ氏から選手のユニフォームを求められたが、その際の反応が問題となった。
ベンタンクールは「ソニー(ソン・フンミン)の? みんな同じように見えるから、ソニーの従兄弟かもしれないよ」とコメント。韓国人は似たような顔をしているからというジョークを口にしたつもりだった。
しかし、この動画がSNSで拡散されると、人種差別的な発言だと大炎上。ベンタンクールは、自身のインスタグラムのストーリーズで「ブラザー、ソニー。起こってしまったことに謝罪する。あれはただの酷いジョークだった。僕が君を愛していることは知っていると思うし、君や他の誰かを軽視したり、傷つけたりすることは絶対にない!愛しているよ、ブラザー」と騒動を謝罪した。
今夏、東アジアへのプレシーズンツアーを控える中、沈黙を貫くクラブの姿勢にも批判が集まっていたが、ソン・フンミンとクラブは20日にそれぞれ声明を発表。いずれもベンタンクールの発言が不適切であったことを認めながら、謝罪と反省を受け入れて問題が解決したと説明した。
ソン・フンミンは自身のインスタグラムのストーリーズを通じて、以下のコメントを残した。
「ロロと話をしました。彼は間違いを犯しました。彼はそれを承知しており、謝罪しています」
「ロロはわざと不快なことを言うつもりはありませんでした。僕らは兄弟であり、何も変わっていません」
「僕らはこれを乗り越え、団結し、プレシーズンに再び一緒になって、クラブのためにひとつになって戦うつもりです」
さらに、このキャプテンの声明を受け、クラブも同日に以下の声明を発表した。
「ロドリゴ・ベンタンクールがインタビュー動画でコメントし、その後プレーヤーが公に謝罪したことを受けて、クラブはこの問題が前向きな結果となるよう支援してきました。これには、多様性、平等、包括性の目標に沿って、全プレーヤーへのさらなる教育が含まれます」
「私たちは、キャプテンのソニー(ソン・フンミン)がこの事件に終止符を打ち、チームが今後の新シーズンに集中できると感じていることを全面的に支持します」
「私たちは、多様性に富んだグローバルなファン層と選手団を非常に誇りに思っています。クラブ、ゲーム、そしてより広い社会において、いかなる種類の差別も許されません」
今回の騒動においてベンタンクールに非があったことは間違いないが、この間違いを通じて多様性、平等、包括性への学びをより深める契機としてほしいところだ。

プレミアリーグ2位フィニッシュの今シーズンは、ドイツ代表FWカイ・ハヴァーツの最前線起用に落ち着いたアーセナル。ブラジル代表FWガブリエウ・ジェズスも前にするエンケティアは途中出場をメインとし、公式戦37試合6ゴール3アシストの成績に終わった。
今夏の移籍市場で新たなストライカーを狙うアーセナルは、RBライプツィヒのスロベニア代表FWベンヤミン・シェシュコ(21)こそ確保に至らなかったものの、依然として補強を検討中。実現するのであればエンケティアの売却もあり得るという。

バルセロナはスペイン代表FWアンス・ファティ(21)の再起を期待している。スペイン『ムンド・デポルティボ』が報じた。
2019-20シーズンに鮮烈なデビューを果たしたものの、翌シーズン序盤に左ヒザの大ケガを負ってキャリアが停滞しているラ・マシア出身の逸材ファティ。今シーズンはブライトン&ホーヴ・アルビオンへレンタル移籍したが、負傷離脱もあり、思うように出場機会を確保できなかった。
ブライトンへのレンタルを終え、今夏の去就も注目のファティだが、バルセロナは給与のほぼ全額を負担しての再レンタルに難色。4000万ユーロ(約68億4000万円)超えのオファーが届けば完全移籍のシナリオも考えられるものの、新シーズンの戦力として数えられることを期待している。

ウェストハムとイプスウィッチ・タウンが、ハル・シティのイングランド人DFジェイコブ・グリーブス(23)獲得へ本腰を入れているようだ。
以前はトッテナムとエバートンからの関心も報じられたグリーブス。
チャンピオンシップ(イングランド2部)はハルに所属する193cmの左利きセンターバックで、プレミアリーグ未経験ながらも1500万ユーロ(約25.6億円)の市場価値を誇る。
特徴としては、まずとにかく屈強。
フィジカルコンタクトがプレミアより激しい2部において、21-22シーズンにリーグ戦全46試合フルタイム出場、昨季は46試合中44試合出場、今季も43試合出場。過去3年間ケガによる欠場が1試合もない。
また、手足の長い大柄ディフェンダーは足も遅くなく、チーム状況に応じて左サイドバックにも対応。ハルを象徴する1人として、ゲームキャプテンを担うリーダーシップも兼ね備える。
しかし、今季のハルは勝ち点「3」差で昇格レーオフへ進めず。
グリーブスが今夏の“個人昇格”を望んでいることはシーズン中から明白となっており、イギリス『フットボール・インサイダー」いわく、獲得を目指すウェストハムはクラブ間で大筋合意まで達していたという。

マンチェスター・ユナイテッドがパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)のウルグアイ代表MFマヌエル・ウガルテ(23)に興味を示しているようだ。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が報じた。
今夏はエバートンのイングランド代表DFジャラッド・ブランスウェイト(21)やリールのフランス代表DFレニー・ヨロ(18)の獲得に動き、ボローニャのオランダ代表FWジョシュア・ザークツィー(23)にも近づいているユナイテッド。最終ラインや前線だけでなく、中盤の補強も画策している。
注目している選手の1人がPSGで1年目を終えたウガルテ。正式なオファーこそまだ送っていないものの、すでに最初のアプローチをかけているという。
スポルティングCP時代に日本代表MF守田英正と共にプレーしていたウガルテは昨夏、契約解除金の6000万ユーロ(約円)が支払われてPSGに移籍。ルイス・エンリケ監督から公式戦37試合で起用され、リーグ・アンやクープ・ドゥ・フランス制覇に貢献した。

チェルシーが、バルセロナのU-19スペイン代表FWマルク・ギウ(18)の獲得に大きく前進したようだ。
バルサ・アトレティックに在籍しながら、2023-24シーズンはラ・リーガで3試合1ゴール、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)でも2試合1ゴールを記録したマルク・ギウに関しては、今夏にチェルシーやバイエルンからの関心が伝えられていた。
2025年夏までバルセロナとの契約を残しているが、移籍市場に精通するジャーナリストのファブリツィオ・ロマーノ氏によれば、チェルシーは同選手の獲得に向けてバルセロナに契約解除金の600万ユーロ(約10億2000万円)を満額支払う意思を伝えた模様だ。
また、チェルシーはすでにマルク・ギウの代理人と口頭合意に達ししており、今週中にも長期契約を結ぶための正式な手続きが完了する見込みだという。
