アストン・ビラがアーセナルに所属するアルゼンチン代表GKエミリアーノ・マルティネス(27)へのオファーを準備しているようだ。イギリス『インデペンデント』が報じている。
2010年にアーセナルに加入するも、レンタル移籍を繰り返しなかなかトップチームでの出番がなかったマルティネス。レンタル先のレディングから復帰しベンチ入りした今季、新型コロナウイルス明けのリーグ戦で守護神のベルント・レノが負傷し出番が回ってくると、安定したセービングと正確なショットストップ能力で評価を大いに高めた。
そのマルティネスにアストン・ビラは移籍金1000万ポンド(約14億円)のオファーを用意している模様。アストン・ビラでは守護神の元イングランド代表GKトム・ヒートンが1月に右ヒザのじん帯を損傷し現在も治療中。その後にゴールマウスを守った元スペイン代表GKホセ・マヌエル・レイナは今夏にミランにレンタルバックし、ラツィオに移籍した。
しかし、アーセナルは倍額の2000万ポンドを要求していると伝えられているうえ、29日に行われたコミュニティ・シールドでは、マルティネスがケガから復帰したレノをベンチに押し除け先発出場。今季初タイトル獲得に貢献していた。

アルゼンチン代表の妻たちにまで“股間パフォーマンス”が波及!W杯トロフィーのレプリカ用いて完全再現

「寄せすぎ」「コピーだ」アストン・ビラの新エンブレムがチェルシーに酷似?実は過去のデザインを踏襲したもの

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ
