元日本代表FW岡崎慎司が移籍後初ゴールを記録した。17日、ジュピラー・プロ・リーグ第9節でシント=トロイデンはズルテ・ワレヘムと対戦した。

アウェイでの一戦。シント=トロイデンは、日本代表GKシュミット・ダニエル、DF橋岡大樹、岡崎が先発出場。MF香川真司、FW林大地はベンチスタートとなった。
試合は開始1分でジャンニ・ブルーノのゴールでシント=トロイデンが先制する。

すると迎えた50分にその時が。右サイドから大きくサイドチェンジ。パスを受けた途中出場のアブバカリ・コイタが仕掛けると、ボックス内左から低空クロス。これに岡崎が、真骨頂のダイビングヘッドで合わせ、移籍後初ゴールを記録した。
このゴールには「腰より下のボールを頭でいくのはもうセンス」、「足よりも頭が先に出るとこが岡崎すぎる」、「岡崎らしすぎるゴール」、「さすが利き足が頭」と
岡崎らしさ満点のゴールにファンも沸いた。

なお、試合は0-3でシント=トロイデンが勝利。香川と林は出番が訪れなかった。

ラス・パルマスがルイス・カリオン氏を新監督に招へい…昨季はレアル・オビエドで指揮

奇跡のプレミア優勝も経験したヴァーディが13年過ごしたレスターを退団「信じられないほど素晴らしい時間を過ごした」

シント=トロイデンの本拠地にアルデルヴァイレルトが不満「ここでプレーしないといけないのは残念」

香川真司がベルギー到着! 私服姿でサポーターへメッセージ「早く会いたいです」
