2日、韓国代表vsブラジル代表の国際親善試合が行われ、両チームのエースであるソン・フンミンとネイマールも先発に名を連ねた。

試合は立ち上がりにブラジルが攻勢を仕掛け、7分に先制。その後韓国が盛り返しファン・ウィジョが一時同点となるゴールを決めるも、そこからブラジルがさらに攻撃のギアを上げ、終わってみれば1-5の快勝となった。

ネイマールがPK2本を決めたこの試合の終了時には、ピッチで熱いハグをかわしていた2人。その後にはソン・フンミンがブラジル代表のロッカールームを訪れ、ネイマールと笑顔でユニフォームを交換している様子がブラジルサッカー連盟(CBF)の公式SNSで伝えられている。

ソン・フンミンとトッテナムでチームメイトであるブラジル代表DFエメルソン・ロイヤルによると、韓国のエースは試合前に「彼(ネイマール)は僕を知っているかな」と質問していたという。

エメルソンは「もちろん彼は君のことを知っているよ。君が彼を称賛しているように、彼も君を称賛しているんだ。ネイマールのように君はスターだよ」と返したそうだが、その言葉通り、歓迎されたようだ。

神戸&柏でプレーした韓国代表GKキム・スンギュがモデル&俳優のキム・ジンギョンさんと6月に結婚
