国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)は17日、チューリッヒで『ザ・ベスト・FIFAフットボールアウォーズ』を開催し、各賞受賞者を発表した。新型コロナウイルスの影響で『フランス・フットボール』誌主催のバロンドールが初の中止となった中、ザ・ベストは例年通り開催されることになった。

2016年に創設され、全世界200以上のメディア、FIFA加盟国の代表監督とキャプテン、ファンの投票によって、選出されるフットボール界で最も栄誉ある賞の1つである各賞。
ザ・ベストFIFAアワードで最も注目を集めるFIFA男子最優秀選手賞には、昨年に同賞を獲得したFWリオネル・メッシ(バルセロナ/アルゼンチン)と2度同賞を獲得しているFWクリスティアーノ・ロナウド(ユベントス/ポルトガル)という2大スターを退けたFWロベルト・レヴァンドフスキ(バイエルン/ポーランド)が初受賞を果たした。

レヴァンドフスキは、 2019-20シーズンの公式戦47試合に出場し55ゴールを記録。クラブ7年ぶりとなる3冠(ブンデスリーガ、DFBポカール、チャンピオンズリーグ)達成に大きく貢献。個人としても3大会で得点王に輝くなどキャリア最高のシーズンを過ごした。
また、FIFA女子最優秀選手賞にはFWペルニレ・ハルダー(ヴォルフスブルク→チェルシー/デンマーク)とDFワンディ・ルナール(リヨン/フランス)を退け、DFルーシー・ブロンズ(リヨン→マンチェスター・シティ/イングランド)が初の受賞を飾った。

FIFA男子最優秀監督賞は、バイエルンを7年ぶりのトレブル(3冠)に導いたハンジ・フリック監督、17年ぶりにリーズ・ユナイテッドをプレミアリーグ昇格に導いたマルセロ・ビエルサ監督を退け、リバプールをプレミアリーグ史上最速優勝に導いたユルゲン・クロップ監督が2年連続2度目の受賞となった。

FIFA女子最優秀監督賞は、チェルシーをFAウィメンズスーパーリーグ優勝に導いたエマ・ヘイズ監督、リヨンをフランス女子リーグと女子チャンピオンズリーグの2冠に導いたジャン=リュック・ヴァスール監督を退け、女子ユーロ2021予選でオランダ女子代表を10連勝に導いたサリナ・ヴィーグマン監督が3年ぶり2度目の受賞を果たした。

FIFA最優秀GK賞には、プレミアリーグ最速優勝に貢献したアリソン(リバプール/ブラジル)、ラ・リーガ最速でクリーンシート100試合を達成したヤン・オブラク(アトレティコ・マドリー/スロベニア)の2選手を退けたマヌエル・ノイアー(バイエルン/ドイツ)が2017年設立の同賞で初の受賞を果たした。バイエルンの絶対的守護神は、昨シーズンの公式戦51試合にフル出場。7年ぶりのトレブル(3冠)達成に大きく貢献した。

また、最優秀ゴール賞にあたるFIFAプスカシュ賞は、FWソン・フンミン(トッテナム/韓国)が2019年12月7日に行われたプレミアリーグ第16節のバーンリー戦で見せた70メートル近い距離をドリブルで運んで記録した圧巻のソロゴールが選ばれた。

メッシ 大好きなマテ茶のストローは7万円超えの特別仕様

メッシと妻は30年来の仲、幼馴染の2人が結ばれW杯で優勝するまで

カゼミロ、ヤマル、ケイン…トッププレーヤーが続々とNIKEを離脱

トッププレーヤーが続々とNIKE(ナイキ)を離れている。イギリス『サン』が伝えている。 11日、プレミアリーグ第24節のアストン・ビラvsマンチェスター・ユナイテッドが行われ、ユナイテッドが1-2と勝利。今季初のリーグ戦3連勝を飾った。 この一戦でフル出場したブラジル代表MFカゼミロ。2011年のプロデビュー以来、一貫してNIKEのスパイクを履いてきたというが、ビラ戦でadidas(アディダス)ブランドのプレデターを履いている姿が確認された。この日、カゼミロとadidasのパートナーシップ締結が公式発表されている。 実はいま、表題の通り、トッププレーヤーが続々とNIKEとの契約を終了。カゼミロと同僚のアルゼンチン代表DFリサンドロ・マルティネス、バルセロナのスペイン代表FWラミン・ヤマルもこの1年でNIKEからadidasへと“移籍”した。 また、バイエルンのイングランド代表FWハリー・ケイン、マンチェスター・シティからはイングランド代表MFジャック・グリーリッシュ、クロアチア代表MFマテオ・コバチッチ、スイス代表DFマヌエル・アカンジが、NIKEからプーマへ移籍。4選手とも2023年にNIKEを離れている。 NIKEは事業規模を縮小中。今後3年間で約20億アメリカドル(約3012億円)のコストを削減する見通しと伝えられている。 2024.02.14 19:51 Wed

伝説のGKカーンが語る意外な後悔「あそこに移籍すれば良かった」

▽フットボール界のレジェンドである元ドイツ代表GKオリバー・カーン氏が、キャリアにおける後悔として、「マンチェスター・ユナイテッドへの移籍」を挙げた。 ▽カーン氏は現役時代、1994年にカールスルーエから加入したバイエルンで14シーズンにわたって守護神として活躍し、8度のブンデスリーガや2000-01シーズンのチャンピオンズリーグ制覇を経験した。また、ドイツ代表としては86試合に出場し、1996年のユーロ優勝や2002年の日韓ワールドカップ準優勝を経験した。 ▽ドイツ『スポーツ・ビルト』のインタビューに応じたカーン氏は、海外移籍に挑戦してみたかったという思いを吐露し、当時アレックス・ファーガソン氏が率いていたユナイテッドへの移籍についての後悔を口にした。 「アレックス・ファーガソンは未だに私に怒っているんじゃないかな。2003年か2004年、彼は私がユナイテッドに移籍すると思っていただろうからね。でもバイエルンで締めくくることが私にとってより重要だった」 「振り返ってみれば、移籍してみるべきだったと思う。私にとっていい挑戦になったはずだ」 ▽当時ユナイテッドは、2005年にGKエドウィン・ファン・デル・サールが加わるまでGKに確固たる存在を立てることができずにいた時代が続いていた。ファン・デル・サールと共に2007-08シーズンには欧州王者に君臨したユナイテッドだが、カーンが加わっていたらまた大きな違いが生まれていたことだろう。 2017.12.15 14:09 Fri
