マンチェスター・ユナイテッドがウェストハムに所属するイングランド代表MFデクラン・ライス(20)の獲得を最優先事項に掲げているという。イギリス『デイリー・メール』が報じた。

ユナイテッドは今夏、スペイン代表MFアンデル・エレーラを流失。スコットランド代表MFスコット・マクトミネイの台頭が著しいが、残留したフランス代表MFポール・ポグバの去就も依然として不透明な状況のため、来夏の獲得を予定したライスを来年1月の移籍市場で獲りに行く可能性が浮上している模様だ。

ウェストハムのアカデミーで育ったライスは、2017年にトップチームデビュー。守備センスが光る中盤で、今シーズンもプレミアリーグ開幕から全試合で先発出場を続けている。

その来冬に駒不足のFW陣強化として、ユベントスの元クロアチア代表FWマリオ・マンジュキッチ獲得に乗り出しているとみられるユナイテッド。ウェストハムからライスを引き抜く場合、移籍金8000万ポンド(約111億9000万円)が必要といわれるが、果たして…。

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす
