マンチェスター・ユナイテッドが首脳陣の陣容を固めている。『The Athletic』が報じた。

ジム・ラトクリフ新共同オーナーの下、チームだけでなくクラブ全体のテコ入れを図っているユナイテッド。1日には、ニューカッスルとの交渉が難航していたダン・アシュワース氏のスポーツ・ディレクター(SD)就任を発表した。
ここに加わると見られるのが、以前チェルシーでテクニカル・ディレクター(TD)を務めていたクリストファー・ヴィヴェル氏(37)。今夏の移籍市場における助っ人として、ひとまず短期間の契約を結ぶという。

ヴィヴェル氏はタレントの発掘や選手のリクルートに関する専門知識を提供。また、複数クラブをモデルとした運営知識を持ち込むことも期待されている。

かつてはホッフェンハイムでスカウトや分析官を務め、2015年11月からはRBライプツィヒのTDとして、全年齢層を対象としたリクルートやスカウティングを担当。レッドブル社のサッカー部門全体のチーム作りと人材採用も担っていた。
チェルシーのTDには2022年12月に就任。2022年5月からオーナーとなったトッド・ベーリー氏に代わり業務をこなしていたが、わずか半年余りの2023年7月に袂を分かっていた。

チェルシーのテクニカルディレクター(TD)を務めるクリストファー・ヴィヴェル氏が、就任からわずか半年余りでクラブを去ることになった。イギリス『フットボール・ロンドン』など複数メディアが報じている。 昨年5月にトッド・ベーリー氏を筆頭とするコンソーシアムに買収され、新たな時代の幕を開いたチェルシー。昨夏から今夏までの3度の移籍市場で巨額の資金を投下してきたが、昨シーズンは屈辱のプレミアリーグ12位フィニッシュなど、思うように結果を残せていない。 そういった中、昨年12月からベーリー氏に代わってTDを務めていたヴィヴェル氏が、早くもクラブを去ることが決定した。 ヴィヴェル氏はチェルシーに引き抜かれるまでRBライプツィヒのTDを務めていた人物で、全年齢層を対象としたリクルートとスカウティングを担当。また、レッドブル社のサッカー部門全体のチーム作りと人材採用も担っていた。 リクルート部門の責任者探しに奔走していたベーリー氏が、最初に招へいを決断したこともあり、今後のブルーズで重要な役割を担っていくかに思われたが、クラブはヴィヴェル氏と袂を分かつ決断を下したという。 現在、ヴィヴェル氏は“ガーデニングリーブ[高位の退職者が競合会社(クラブ)に転職(移籍)する際、元の会社(クラブ)が即座の転職(移籍)を阻止するために与える有給の長期休暇]”に入っており、退団が決定的な状態にある。 これを受け、クラブは共同スポーツディレクター(SD)のポール・ウィンスタンレイ氏とローレンス・スチュワート氏がリクルート部門のすべてを監督するというより大きな責任を担うことになるようだ。 2023.07.22 15:36 Sat

「ユベントス行きはないと思う」ボローニャTDが注目株カラフィオーリらの今後に言及、ザークツィーは「99.9%の確率で出て行く」

ボローニャのテクニカル・ディレクター(TD)を務めるジョバンニ・サルトーリ氏が、オランダ代表FWジョシュア・ザークツィー(23)とイタリア代表DFリッカルド・カラフィオーリ(22)の去就について語った。イタリア『カルチョメルカート』が伝えた。 2023-24シーズンはセリエAを5位で終え、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)出場権を手にしたボローニャ。しかし、チームを躍進させたチアゴ・モッタ監督がユベントスへ向かった上、中心選手の動向に注目が集まっている。 2024-25シーズン移籍市場の幕開けイベントとなるグラン・ガラに出席したサルトーリ氏は、現在ユーロ参戦中のザークツィーについてコメント。ストライカーの移籍を覚悟し、後釜探しに着手していると明かした。 「彼には契約解除条項があるから、99.9%の確率で出て行くだろう。代わりの選手? 我々は何カ月もそのことについて考えてきた。簡単ではないだろうが、彼の代役を見つけられるよう努力するつもりだ。何人か名前が挙がっている」 また、すでにユーロ敗退となってしまったものの、今大会でさらに株を上げたカラフィオーリにも言及。かねてより噂されていたユベントス行きはなく、引き留められないとすればイタリア国外への移籍になるだろうと語った。 「我々は12カ月前に彼と契約したから、市場で何が起こるか様子を見ることになるだろうが、我々の心の中には彼を引き留めたいという意志がある」 「我々は彼を引き留めるため努力するが、重要なオファーが届いたらそれを検討しなければならないだろう。彼がユベントスに行くことはないと思うし、おそらく別(国外)の市場に行くことになるはずだ」 ボローニャでの2年目を終えたザークツィーは、2023-24シーズンのセリエAで34試合に出場し、11ゴール5アシストを記録。4000万ユーロ(約69億4000万円)の契約解除条項が存在するなか、ミランが獲得を進めていたが、代理人の要求する高額な手数料が障壁となり交渉が停滞。マンチェスター・ユナイテッドが接触を図り、アーセナルなども関心を寄せる。 カラフィオーリは2023年夏にバーゼルからボローニャへ移り、センターバックや左サイドバックとしてセリエAで30試合に出場。レアル・マドリーやトッテナム、アーセナルなど多数のイタリア国外クラブからの関心も浮上している。 2024.07.02 15:40 Tue

セビージャが5選手の退団を発表! 元レアルのFWマリアーノは1年で満了、ハンニバルらレンタル組も帰還

セビージャは1日、5選手の退団を発表した。 今回退団が発表されたのは、元ドミニカ代表FWマリアーノ・ディアス(30)。そしてレンタル移籍中だったフランス人MFブバカリ・スマレ(25)、チュニジア代表MFハンニバル・メイブリ(21)、元U-21フランス代表MFルシアン・アグメ(22)、U-20アルゼンチン代表FWアレホ・ベリス(20)もクラブへと戻ることとなる。 マリアーノは、レアル・マドリーからフリートランスファーで加入。1年契約を結んだ中、2023-24シーズンはラ・リーガで9試合1アシスト、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)で3試合、コパ・デル・レイで1試合の出場に終わった。 スマレはレスター・シティからレンタル移籍で加入。ラ・リーガで28試合に出場し1アシスト、CLで4試合、コパ・デル・レイで2試合とチームを支えてきたが、買い取りオプションは行使されずに退団となった。 ハンニバルは、2024年1月にマンチェスター・ユナイテッドからレンタル移籍で加入。ラ・リーガで6試合の出場に終わり、セビージャは買い取らないことを決断した。 アグメはインテルからレンタル移籍で加入。ラ・リーガで12試合、コパ・デル・レイで1試合の出場に終わった。 ベリスは、トッテナムから2024年2月にレンタル移籍。ラ・リーガで6試合に出場したがノーゴールに終わっていた。 2024.07.02 10:05 Tue

ウガルテはCLなしでも移籍に前向き…ユナイテッドとPSGが再び接触か

ウルグアイ代表MFマヌエル・ウガルテ(23)を巡り、マンチェスター・ユナイテッドとパリ・サンジェルマン(PSG)の間で動きだ。 来季はイングランド代表MFコビー・メイヌーを軸に回るであろうユナイテッドの中盤だが、ブラジル代表MFカゼミロや、デンマーク代表MFクリスティアン・エリクセンに退団の可能性が取り沙汰され、フィオレンティーナからローン加入のモロッコ代表MFソフィアン・アムラバトも残すかどうか不透明となっている。 その中盤もセンターバックとともに動きが指摘され、そのターゲットに挙がるのがウガルテ。PSG加入1年目から公式戦37試合に出場し、3アシストをマークした守備的MFだが、限定的な出場も多く、微妙な立ち位置となっている。 移籍市場に精通するファブリツィオ・ロマーノ記者によると、ユナイテッドは正式なオファーをまだ出していないが、PSGとこの数時間で再び接触。他のクラブからも興味をもたれているというウガルテだが、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)に出られずともユナイテッド行きに前向きという。 一方のPSGはというと、獲得して1年が経ったばかりだが、この夏の売却にオープンで、移籍が予想されるとも。コパ・アメリカ2024に参戦中のウガルテはそこでの活躍次第でさらに話が舞い込みそうだが、いかに。 2024.06.29 12:55 Sat

ユナイテッドがアシュワース氏のSD就任を発表! ニューカッスルとようやく合意に

マンチェスター・ユナイテッドは1日、ダン・アシュワース氏(53)のスポーツディレクター(SD)就任を発表した。 共同オーナーに就任したジム・ラトクリフ氏のもとで新組織作りにも注力するユナイテッド。その新組織ではオマル・ベラダ氏に続いて、ジェイソン・ウィルコックス氏の引き抜きに成功し、ニューカッスル・ユナイテッドのSDであるアシュワース氏も入閣話が取り沙汰される。 そんなアシュワース氏は昨季中から退団を申し出たが、ニューカッスル側は2025年まで残る契約を盾に強気な姿勢を貫き、補償金を巡って譲らず。アシュワース氏は今年2月からガーデニングリーブ(即座の競合会社行きを阻むために与える有給の長期休暇)に入り、休職が続く。 そのなかで、続いたクラブ間の交渉が行き詰まり続け、仲裁に持ち込むとの見方もあったなか、ようやく合意に。ユナイテッドはニューカッスルとの共同声明を発表した。 「ニューカッスル・ユナイテッドとマンチェスター・ユナイテッドはダン・アシュワースをニューカッスル・ユナイテッドでの契約上の義務から直ちにリリースすることで合意に達した。この合意条件はクラブ間の機密事項となる。ニューカッスル・ユナイテッドはダンの貢献に感謝し、今後の幸運を祈っている」 新たなSDの招へいに時間を要してしまったが、補強の動きも少しずつ動きが明るみとなるユナイテッド。イギリス『The Athletic』によると、アシュワース氏は即時に仕事に取りかかる見込みという。 2024.07.02 13:15 Tue

CB補強に注力のユナイテッド、デ・リフト獲得を本格検討か

マンチェスター・ユナイテッドがバイエルンからオランダ代表DFマタイス・デ・リフト(24)の獲得を本格的に検討しているようだ。 ユナイテッドではDFラインの柱となるはずだったアルゼンチン代表DFリサンドロ・マルティネスをはじめ、ケガ人が相次いだセンターバックの補強が必須で、数々の獲得候補が浮上するなか、デ・リフトもその1人と目される。 そのなかで、イングランド代表DFジャラッド・ブランスウェイトやフランス代表DFレニー・ヨロの獲得に動くが、イギリス『The Athletic』によると、デ・リフトがターゲット内で序列を高めているという。 クラブ間の交渉はまだで、この移籍の実現性も不透明だが、デ・リフトがますます有力候補となっており、具体的なターゲットに浮上しているそうだ。 2022年夏にユベントスからバイエルンに加わり、通算で73試合の出場数をマークするデ・リフトだが、今季の前半戦こそケガの影響もあって序列が低下。後半戦は挽回し、ユーロ2024に参戦中だ。 だが、ヴァンサン・コンパニ新監督のバイエルンは日本代表DF伊藤洋輝を獲得し、人員整理でデ・リフトを放出候補の1人に。デ・リフトとはまだ3年もの契約が残るが、オファー次第で売却しうるとされる。 移籍コストでもおよそ7000万ポンド(約142億3000万円)といわれるブランスウェイトをはじめ、他の候補と比べ、より現実的な額で獲得可能といわれるデ・リフト。ユナイテッド行きなら、アヤックス時代に指導を受けたエリク・テン・ハグ監督との再会になるが、果たして。 2024.06.29 09:00 Sat
