ライプツィヒ、マーシュ監督を解任…ナーゲルスマン後任として今季招へいも不振
RBライプツィヒが5日、ジェシー・マーシュ監督(48)の解任を発表した。 アメリカ人指導者であるマーシュ監督はレッドブル・ザルツブルクでの指揮を経て、同じくレッドブル傘下のライプツィヒを今季から率いることに。今夏からバイエルンに活躍の場を移したユリアン・ナーゲルスマン監督の後任として2年契約を結んだ。 だが、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)のグループステージで1試合を残して敗退が決定。主戦場のブンデスリーガでも14試合を消化して5勝3分け6敗の11位と大きく遅れ、解任論も加熱しつつあったなか、クラブは両者合意による契約解消で監督交代を決行した。 そんなライプツィヒは7日に行われるCLでマンチェスター・シティとのホーム戦を控えるが、過去にケルンなどで監督歴を持つアシスタントコーチのアヒム・バイアロルツァー氏(54)が暫定的に指揮。正式な後任は近日中に発表される見込みだという。 ライプツィヒのCEO(最高経営責任者)を務めるオリバー・ミンツラフ氏はクラブを通じて、「マーシュとの別れは簡単な決断じゃなかった。人としても、指導者としても、彼に感謝しているからだ」とコメント。「公私にわたる活躍を祈っている」と続けた。 2021.12.05 19:44 Sun

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

イスラム過激派組織と関係があるとされたリュディガーが記者を訴え「イスラム主義者として侮辱され、中傷されることを許さない」
