ドイツ代表のユリアン・ナーゲルスマン監督が勝利での船出を喜んだ。

前回の代表ウィークをもってハンジ・フリック前体制に別れを告げ、今回の活動からナーゲルスマン監督のもとでリスタートのドイツ。その今活動ではアメリカ遠征に臨み、14日の国際親善試合でアメリカ代表と対戦した。

そんなアメリカ戦では27分に先制を許したが、39分に主将イルカイ・ギュンドアンが同点弾。後半に入ると、ニクラス・フュルクルク、ジャマル・ムシアラもネットを揺らし、3-1の逆転勝利で飾った。

ドイツ『Sport1』によると、見事に初陣白星の36歳指揮官は「まずはおめでとうだ。ここ数カ月を考えるとね。1-0でリードを許すなか、巻き返してくれたよ」と振り返り、結果に満足感を示している。

「選手は後半、特に良いプレーをした。個々にすべてを正しくやれたわけではないが、これだけ短期間なのだから、それが普通だ。フットボールに関しては非常に良い結果を掴んだ。勝つに値したよ」

「すご」「経歴の凄さを感じる」トルコキャンプ中の広島にポドルスキが登場! スキッベ監督の意外な繋がりが分かる再会が話題「改めてすごい方が監督をしているんだな」
