プレミアリーグのプロ審判協会(PGMOL)でチーフを務めるハワード・ウェブ氏が、アストン・ビラvsアーセナルでの判定について問題なしとの見方を示した。プレミアリーグ公式サイトが伝えている。 今季は定期的に審判の判定が議論になっているプレミアリーグ。特にアーセナルは第11節のニューカッスル戦でいくつかの際どい判定がことごとく不利に働いたことから、試合後にはミケル・アルテタ監督は「恥ずべき判定だ」と主審に激怒。クラブも指揮官の肩を持つ声明を出したことで、賛否両論を巻き起こした。 そんなアーセナルは、プレミアリーグ第16節のビラ戦でも議論の的になる判定が発生。1点を追う状況で迎えた90分、FWカイ・ハヴァーツが同点弾を挙げたかに見えたが、これはハヴァーツのハンドで取り消しに。ただし、その直前には相手DFマティ・キャッシュの手にも当たっているように見えたため、試合後にはさまざまな意見が飛び交った。 これについて、ウェブ氏は判定に問題はなかったと断言。現行ルールについて解説し、ジャレッド・ジレット主審の冷静なジャッジを称えている。 「ルールとして、たとえ偶発的なものであっても攻撃側の選手の手や腕にボールが接触し、それが即ゴールにつながったらファールになる。その点、ジャレッド・ジレット主審のフィールドでの判断は実に正しかった。カイ・ハヴァーツの腕に接触があったなら、ルールとしてファールだ」 「故意ではなくても、ファールはとらなければならない。そして、ハヴァーツの腕に当たりゴールが無効になる状況でありながら、その数秒前にはマティ・キャッシュの腕にも同じように偶然ボールが当たっていた。しかし、彼はファールではなかった」 「ルールとして、彼にファールを与えることはできない。彼は守備側であり、ファールとするには不自然に体を大きく広げたり意図的にハンドがあったりする必要があるからだ。彼はそのどれにも該当せず、ファールとしなかったのは正しい。そしてその後にハヴァーツの手に当たった以上、ゴールは認められない」 「このルールは5年ほど前から施行されている。ルールは常に見直されており、もしかしたら変更されるかもしれない。だが、今回のケースにおいてレフェリーは絶対に正しいことをした」 「これにVARが介入するなら、ボールが手に当たっていないという明確な証拠があるかチェックする必要がある。それが決定的でないなら、彼らはフィールド上の判定のままにするだろう。そして実際にVARを見ると、ハヴァーツの腕に接触していると示す角度があった」 「VARは試合を審判するためにあるのではなく、明らかなミスに対するセーフティネットとして存在する。ジャレッドはその立場からこの状況を明確に見てファールとした。そうするのは正しく、彼の功績になるだろう」 2023.12.13 18:35 Wed

「寄せすぎ」「コピーだ」アストン・ビラの新エンブレムがチェルシーに酷似?実は過去のデザインを踏襲したもの
