WOWOWは31日、2023-24シーズンのUEFAチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)の組み合わせ抽選会を無料ライブ配信することを発表した。

欧州No.1を決める世界最高峰の戦いとして知られるCL。予選プレーオフが30日に終わり、出場32チームが出揃った。

すでにポット分けも発表されている状況。日本人選手では、アーセナルの冨安健洋、フェイエノールトの上田綺世、レアル・ソシエダの久保建英、ラツィオの鎌田大地、セルティックの古橋亨梧、前田大然、旗手怜央、岩田智輝、小林友希の合計9名の日本人選手がグループステージの戦いに参戦することとなる。
WOWOWでは、今シーズンのCLを独占放送&配信。その大事なグループステージの組み合わせ抽選会を24時30分からWOWOWオンデマンドで無料ライブ配信する。

出演者は解説でお馴染みの安永聡太郎氏、ベン・メイブリー氏に加え、フリースタイルではリフティングの素晴らしい技術を持つ女優でタレントの眞嶋優さんも出演する。
組み合わせ抽選会後には、注目グループや対戦カードについても展されるとのことだ。

中村俊輔に憧れたティアニー、古巣セルティックの日本人について冨安健洋から情報収集「トミと話をして、一緒に試合を観るけど…」

「とにかく頭を上げろと言われた」冨安健洋、痛恨ミスのシティ戦でチームメイトの愛を感じる「僕を大いに助けてくれた」

1週間で負傷者20名超え…重傷者も多数生む「FIFAウイルス」に対しUEFAが改革に乗り出す

11月のインターナショナル・マッチウィークも今週で終わりだが、「FIFAウイルス」がかつてないほどの大打撃を各クラブに与えている。 各クラブの試合増加、そして代表活動も公式戦の連続となる過密日程を戦っている選手たち。予てからその試合数の多さは問題視されるなか、代表活動に参加してケガをした状態でクラブに戻るいわゆる「FIFAウイルス」に感染する選手が多かったが、11月の代表活動は絶望を突きつける形となっている。 最新の離脱者はバルセロナのスペイン代表MFガビ。ジョージア代表戦に先発すると20分過ぎに負傷。そのまま交代となると、右ヒザ前十字じん帯断裂、外側半月板損傷と診断され手術を受けることに。今シーズン絶望とも言われている。 また、レアル・マドリーのフランス代表MFエドゥアルド・カマヴィンガはトレーニング中に負傷し、右ヒザ外側側副じん帯断裂で2カ月の離脱、同じレアル・マドリーのブラジル代表FWヴィニシウス・ジュニオールは左足大腿二頭筋断裂と診断され、こちらもしばらくの離脱となるという。 日本代表でもMF鎌田大地(ラツィオ)がミャンマー代表戦で負傷し離脱。森保一監督はかなり選手のコンディションに気を配り、ミャンマー戦では冨安健洋(アーセナル)をベンチ外にしたほどだ。 その他にもFWアーリング・ハーランド(ノルウェー)、FWマーカス・ラッシュフォード(イングランド)、MFウォーレン・ザイール=エメリ(フランス)、FWミケル・オヤルサバル(スペイン)、GKアンドレ・オナナ(カメルーン)、GKマルク=アンドレ・テア・シュテーゲン(ドイツ)、MFウェストン・マッケニー(アメリカ)、MFクリスティアン・エリクセン(デンマーク)、GKギジェルモ・オチョア(メキシコ)などがいる。 20名を超えるとも言われる負傷者だったが、各クラブの監督たちにとってはたまったものではない。無事に選手たちが帰ってくることを望み、代表監督ももちろんそう考えているが、事実として負傷者が続出し、しかも重傷者が多い状況だ。 10月でいえばブラジル代表FWネイマールが今季絶望の負傷。スペインもFWマルコ・アセンシオ(パリ・サンジェルマン)が離脱となっていた。 特にヨーロッパの選手が多い状況の中、欧州サッカー連盟(UEFA)と国際サッカー連盟(FIFA)もこの問題に取り組んでいる状況。2024年からスタートする北中米ワールドカップ予選は、出場国数が大幅に増加することもあり、予選の各グループのチーム数が減り、試合数も大幅に減少。プレーオフに進むチームが増えることになる。 UEFAは「FIFAウイルス」と呼ばれるこの状況に対応するために予選の方式を変更。2023年1月に開催された実行委員会で議論され、6月にはFIFAに提案し受け入れられることとなった。 一方で、UEFAネーションズリーグはかなり厄介な状況。UEFAの全ての国が参加している状況だが、こちらもフォーマットを変えていくことを考えているという。 アジアも現在行われている2次予選のあり方については疑問が投げかけられ、あまりにも実力差のある国同士の対決はこの「FIFAウイルス」を悪化させることにも繋がる可能性が。世界中で蔓延するこの問題は真剣に対処する必要がありそうだ。 <span class="paragraph-title">【動画】悲劇…ガビが自滅で右ヒザの重傷に…</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <script>var video_id ="5zJRlKDxWQY";var video_start = 267;</script><div style="text-align:center;"><div id="player"></div></div><script src="https://web.ultra-soccer.jp/js/youtube_autoplay.js"></script> 2023.11.20 23:35 Mon

マンチェスター・シティFWアルバレスらの英語教師が“美しすぎる”と話題!「数人の選手の彼女が嫉妬に狂った」

アグエロがシティの歴史に名を刻んだ瞬間、プレミア初優勝を決めた93:20の熱狂
