サウジアラビアのアル・ナスルは18日、ステファノ・ピオリ氏(58)の新監督招へいを発表した。
なお、移籍市場に精通するジャーナリストのニコロ・スキラ氏によれば、契約期間は1年の延長オプションが付帯する2026年6月までの2年契約となり、年俸は1200万ユーロ(約18億8000万円)程度になるという。
ポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドらを擁するアル・ナスルだが、昨シーズンに主要タイトル獲得を逃すと、今シーズンもリーグ戦では1勝2分け、直近のACLエリート初戦も1-1のドローに終わっていた。
この成績不振を受け、クラブは17日にルイス・カストロ監督(63)の解任を発表していた。
後任に指名されたのはボローニャやラツィオ、インテル、フィオレンティーナといったイタリア国内の名門の指揮官を歴任し、2021-22シーズンにはミランに11シーズンぶりのスクデットをもたらしたピオリ氏。
なお、元クロアチア代表MFマルセロ・ブロゾビッチはインテル時代に重用した教え子であり、31歳MFがロナウドらと共に新生アル・ナスルでより存在感を放つことになりそうだ。

緑色の宝石が輝く1億円の腕時計!アル・ナスルのC・ロナウドが身だしなみもサウジ仕様に

C・ロナウドは破局したら毎月1600万円を支払い? 「妻」と呼んで話題のジョルジーナさんとの間に契約が発覚

C・ロナウドと事実婚状態のジョルジーナさん、結婚について言及「いつか式が挙げられるはず」
