2018-19シーズンのサウジ・プロ・リーグ以来となるタイトル獲得を目指すアル・ナスル。ピオリ監督は、3度目の準決勝でしっかりと勝って初の決勝に進みたいとした。

ミランを復活へと導くピオリ監督、クラブは契約延長交渉を開始か
ミランがステファノ・ピオリ監督との契約延長交渉を開始したようだ。イタリア『MilanNews』が伝えている。 これまでボローニャ、ラツィオ、インテル、フィオレンティーナなどセリエAのクラブで指揮をとってきたピオリ監督は、2019年10月にミランの指揮官に就任。マルコ・ジャンパオロ前監督の下で機能不全に陥っていたチームを的確に立て直し6位でシーズンを終えると、昨シーズンは開幕から無敗街道を突き進み、一時はスクデット獲得も期待されるほどの躍進を見せた。結果的にリーグ優勝こそ逃したものの、2位フィニッシュとなったチームは8シーズンぶりのチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)参加を決めている。 今シーズンもCLでこそグループステージ2連敗と結果が出ていないが、セリエAでは開幕からの7試合6勝1分けとスタートダッシュに成功。リーグ2位の位置につけており、スクデット獲得に向け期待は高まる一方だ。 こうした優れた成績に加え、若い選手の多いチームを卓越したマネジメント能力によって牽引するピオリ監督の評価は日々高まっており、クラブも来夏までとなっている契約の延長を進める考えのようだ。 仮に契約延長となれば、ピオリ監督はミランでの4シーズン目を迎えることとなり、2014年にマッシミリアーノ・アッレグリ監督が退任して以降は指揮官の交代が相次いだクラブにとって、久々の長期政権となるかもしれない。 2021.10.05 16:58 Tue
