アストン・ビラのイタリア代表MFニコロ・ザニオーロがミラノで手術し、全治には6～8週間を要するとのことだ。イタリア『スカイ』が報じている。

ザニオーロは14日に行われたプレミアリーグ第37節のリバプール戦で65分から途中出場するも、接触プレーで足を痛め79分にピッチを退いていた。診断の結果は左足第5中足骨の骨折で、既に自身のインスタグラムでユーロ欠場を明言していた。

レンタル先のアストン・ビラでは思うような活躍ができなかったザニオーロ。最後には負傷にも泣かされ、ユーロ欠場と失意のシーズンとなってしまった。

なお、新シーズンは所属元のガラタサライに復帰する形となるが、ユース時代を過ごしたフィオレンティーナが獲得に乗り出すとの報道が出ている。

「イケすぎてませんか」イタリア代表が白×金の125周年記念ユニフォームを発表!「美しい」「マジでかっこいい」
