マドリーの正守護神として君臨し、ベルギー代表でも2011年にデビューして以来、正守護神の座を守ってきたクルトワ。しかし、今シーズンは開幕直前の昨年8月に左ヒザ前十字じん帯断裂の大ケガを負いプレーできないでいると、復帰が迫っていた3月下旬のトレーニング中に今度は右ヒザ内側半月板を損傷し、シーズン絶望と見られていた。
それでも、その後に回復。マドリーのカルロ・アンチェロッティ監督も復帰を認め、「クルトワは良くなっている。来週は我々と一緒に遠征するだろうし、カディス戦には出場できるだろう」とコメントしていた。

「突き抜けてる(笑)」ベルギー代表の“ダサセーター” 姿が笑撃「デ・ブライネ内股」

頭部同士が激しく激突、動けず12分間も治療…担架で運ばれたイングランド女子代表DFにはスタンドから拍手
