マドリーの正守護神として君臨し、ベルギー代表でも2011年にデビューして以来、正守護神の座を守ってきたクルトワ。しかし、今シーズンは開幕直前の昨年8月に左ヒザ前十字じん帯断裂の大ケガを負いプレーできないでいると、復帰が迫っていた3月下旬のトレーニング中に今度は右ヒザ内側半月板を損傷し、シーズン絶望と見られていた。
それでも、その後に回復。マドリーのカルロ・アンチェロッティ監督も復帰を認め、「クルトワは良くなっている。来週は我々と一緒に遠征するだろうし、カディス戦には出場できるだろう」とコメントしていた。
4日に予定されているカディス戦で実戦復帰となれば、その後の状況にも注目が集まる中、ベルギー代表のドメニコ・テデスコ監督がドイツ『キッカー』に対して注目発言。今夏ドイツで開催されるユーロ2024のメンバーには含まない可能性を口にした。

ベルギー代表、ナインゴランが日本代表戦を欠場
▽ベルギーサッカー協会(KBVB)は10日、今月14日に行われる国際親善試合の日本代表戦にローマ所属のMFナジャ・ナインゴランが欠場することを発表した。 ▽ナインゴランに関しては、9日の代表トレーニングでそけい部に痛みを訴えて途中で切り上げたと伝えられていた。KBVBはナインゴランが10日に行われるメキシコ代表との国際親善試合、そして日本戦を欠場することが決まったことを発表した。ナインゴランは右脚のそ径部に小さな損傷が見つかったとのことだ。 ▽なお、ベルギー代表ではナインゴランのほかにも、FWミッチー・バチュアイ(チェルシー)の負傷離脱および、DFヤン・ヴェルトンゲン(トッテナム)の負傷をロベルト・マルティネス監督が9日に明かしていた。 2017.11.10 21:51 Fri
