今年7月にオーストラリア&ニュージーランドで女子ワールドカップ(W杯)が開催される中、フランス女子代表のコリーヌ・ディアクル監督(48)が解任された。フランスサッカー連盟(FFF)が発表した。

近年力をつけてきているフランス女子代表。W杯では3大会連続でベスト8以上の成績を残した一方で、2021年の東京オリンピックは予選敗退で参加できず。それでも、2022年の女子ユーロでは3位の成績を残していた。

今夏の女子W杯でも期待された中、代表チーム内では不協和音が。キャプテンを務めるDFワンディ・ルナールが代表引退を電撃発表。監督との軋轢が問題とされると、フランス女子代表で100キャップ以上を数えるFWカディディアトゥ・ディアニやマリー・アントワネット・カトトもこれを支持することを表明していた。
主力選手と監督の間の問題にFFFが介入。多くのヒアリングを執行委員会が実施。その結果、選手たちとの間に大きなギャップがあることが判明。そのことが浮き彫りとなり、「代表チームとして有害であり、もう戻れないところまで来ている」と発表された。


その結果、FFFはディアクル監督の任務遂行への真剣な取り組みを認識している一方で、チームが機能不全を起こしていることを見過ごせないとし、解任することを決定したと発表した。
なお、後任監督は未定だが、フィリップ・ディアロ暫定会長は後任候補者との速やかな面談を行うことを要請したという。

また、今回は監督が解任される結果となったが、選手たちがとったボイコットの手段についても苦言を呈している。

「委員会はまた、選手が批判を表明するために使用した方法は、将来的にはもはや受け入れられないことに留意した」

「言い訳はしたくない」東京五輪敗退のフランス代表FWジニャックが振り返る「相手が自分たちよりも強かった」

U-24フランス代表のFWアンドレ=ピエール・ジニャックが、東京オリンピックを振り返った。フランス『レキップ』が伝えた。 フランスは、逆転でのグループステージ突破をかけて、最終戦でU-24日本代表と対戦。2点差で勝てば自力で突破ができる状況で試合に臨んだ。 しかし、試合は前半にMF久保建英、DF酒井宏樹にゴールを許し、2点ビハインドで折り返すことに。4点が必要となったフランスだが、前掛かりになったところをMF三好康児、FW前田大然にもゴールを許し、0-4で敗戦。グループ3位で敗退となった。 ジニャックは敗退についてコメント。自国で開催される2024年のパリ・オリンピックに目を向けた。 「言い訳はしたくない。僕はこのグループと戦うつもりだと言った。そして、それは最後までやり通す。ただ、2024年はホームだ。彼らが必要なチームを限りなく上まで進ませてくれることを願っている。このような失敗で、国に迷惑をかけることはよくない」 今回のチームはクラブからの招集拒否が続き、ベストメンバーを組めない状況となっていた。しかし、その混乱に巻き込まれたとは考えていないとのこと。相手が強かったと認め、久々に代表としてプレーできたことを誇りに思うとした。 「そんなことはない、僕が逃した唯一の大会だ。もっと勝ち進みたかったし、それを信じていた。ただ、相手が自分たちよりも強い場合は何もできない。キャリアの中で、このシャツを着れたことは光栄だった」 「6年も離れていたのに、招集されたら特別な気分になる。この選手たちと一緒に冒険できたことを誇りに思う。本当に全力を尽くしたが、高いハードルだった」 「選手であれば、全てを壊してでも参加したいと思うものだ。失望することはいつでもある」 「最初の試合と最後の試合ではそうではなかった。僕たちは自分たちの場所にいる」 前述の通り、次の夏季オリンピックはパリで開催。その際には今回のような招集拒否などが多く起こらないはずだと語った。 「2024年は必要なチームと選手が揃っているはずだ。メッセージはない。ユーロ準決勝に進出したスペインから6人の選手が来ているのを見ると、愛国者…ひどいこととは思わない」 「ただ、言い訳ではなく、僕は一緒に火事場に行くと言った。このグループと最初から一緒にいて、ここまで経験したものを何かに変えることはできなかったけど、彼らが我々を少し困らせたとは言いたい。ただ、上層部は彼らをはじき出し、2024年は邪魔者はいないだろうね」 2021.07.29 11:05 Thu

「誰か説明してくれ」なぜ風船!? エンクンクのゴールパフォにファンも困惑「CLで最もユニークな1つ」

「もう戻れないところまで来ている」主力選手との不和が明るみに出たフランス女子代表監督がW杯4カ月前に解任

今年7月にオーストラリア&ニュージーランドで女子ワールドカップ(W杯)が開催される中、フランス女子代表のコリーヌ・ディアクル監督(48)が解任された。フランスサッカー連盟(FFF)が発表した。 近年力をつけてきているフランス女子代表。W杯では3大会連続でベスト8以上の成績を残した一方で、2021年の東京オリンピックは予選敗退で参加できず。それでも、2022年の女子ユーロでは3位の成績を残していた。 今夏の女子W杯でも期待された中、代表チーム内では不協和音が。キャプテンを務めるDFワンディ・ルナールが代表引退を電撃発表。監督との軋轢が問題とされると、フランス女子代表で100キャップ以上を数えるFWカディディアトゥ・ディアニやマリー・アントワネット・カトトもこれを支持することを表明していた。 主力選手と監督の間の問題にFFFが介入。多くのヒアリングを執行委員会が実施。その結果、選手たちとの間に大きなギャップがあることが判明。そのことが浮き彫りとなり、「代表チームとして有害であり、もう戻れないところまで来ている」と発表された。 その結果、FFFはディアクル監督の任務遂行への真剣な取り組みを認識している一方で、チームが機能不全を起こしていることを見過ごせないとし、解任することを決定したと発表した。 なお、後任監督は未定だが、フィリップ・ディアロ暫定会長は後任候補者との速やかな面談を行うことを要請したという。 また、今回は監督が解任される結果となったが、選手たちがとったボイコットの手段についても苦言を呈している。 「委員会はまた、選手が批判を表明するために使用した方法は、将来的にはもはや受け入れられないことに留意した」 2023.03.09 23:20 Thu
