ドイツ代表のハンジ・フリック監督が、スペイン代表戦を振り返った。ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)が伝えた。

27日、ドイツはカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループE第2節でスペインと対戦した。

初戦で日本代表に逆転負けを喫し、敗れれば敗退の可能性が高まる試合。スペインは初戦で7ゴールの大勝を収め、勝てばグループステージ突破をほぼ決められる試合となった。
試合は強豪国同士の拮抗した展開となると、なかなかゴールが生まれずに後半へ。すると62分にアルバロ・モラタがネットを揺らしてスペインが先制する。

敗れれば敗退の危機が高まるドイツ。すると83分にニクラス・フュルクルクがネットを揺らして同点に。その後は得点が動かず、1-1の引き分けに終わった。
この勝利で、グループステージ突破の可能性を残し、その可能性を高めたドイツ。フリック監督は、選手たちが見せたパフォーマンスを称えた。

「チームは無条件で戦った。しかし、我々は一歩踏み出しただけだ。我々はチームだ。例え読み方が違っても良い一体感がある」

「チームが成し遂げたことは、とても大きなことだ。誇りに思う」

「ピッチには心を込めてプレーする戦士がいる。この勢いに乗り、さらに自信を持てば、色々なことが可能になる」

グループ最下位ながら、最終戦のコスタリカ代表戦で勝利を収めることで勝ち点4に伸ばすことが可能。2位に入ることも考えられる状況となっている。

18歳の若さでこの世を去ったバラック氏の次男に、パートナーが哀悼のメッセージ

「全くもってプロではなかった」浅野拓磨を見下した?リュディガーのステップをドイツ代表のレジェンドも問題視「相手を軽んじてはいけない」

29歳で引退した元W杯王者の転身が話題!ほぼ裸で雪山に登頂、自分の人生を見直すきっかけに
