ローマの移籍市場における舵取りを担うピントGM。同氏はこの度、母国ポルトガルで開催された式典にて講演を行い、クラブ批判によりマンチェスター・ユナイテッドとの契約解除が噂されているC・ロナウドについて語っている。
「C・ロナウドとは良い関係だよ。私もモウリーニョ(ローマ指揮官)もポルトガル人だし、時々コミュニケーションをとるのは当たり前さ。お互いに意見交換もする。だが、我々が彼を獲得できる可能性はほぼないだろう」
C・ロナウドは来年1月のユナイテッド退団が確実とも言われ、ローマはとあるブックメーカーで新天地としてチェルシーに次いで高いオッズに。だが、ピントGMいわく可能性はほぼ皆無で、理由には『健全な財政』を挙げている。
「ファイナンシャルフェアプレー(FFP)の遵守はとても重要で、これは厳しい現実のものだ。クラブが新体制を迎えたときには人件費を大幅に下げる必要があり、財政の抜本的な見直しを迫られていたんだよ」
今回のW杯には、ローマからポーランド代表MFニコラ・ザレフスキ、ウルグアイ代表DFマティアス・ビーニャらが参加するなか、ピントGMはFWパウロ・ディバラ擁するアルゼンチン代表を推しているようだ。

C・ロナウドと事実婚状態のジョルジーナさん、結婚について言及「いつか式が挙げられるはず」

ローマが新スタジアム計画を発表…目玉は欧州最大のクルヴァ・スッド

「まるで映画のよう」「素敵」ディバラがトレヴィの泉前で恋人にプロポーズ!賑やかし要員となった元チームメイトも話題に「ほんとに仲良しだな」

モウリーニョ解任のローマに“レジェンド”デ・ロッシが帰還! 監督就任に「この感動は言葉では言い表せない」
ローマは16日、新監督にダニエレ・デ・ロッシ氏(40)が就任することを発表した。 契約期間は2024年6月30日までの残りシーズンとなる。 デ・ロッシ新監督は、ローマ育ちでアカデミー出身者。2002年にファーストチームに昇格すると、2019年7月にボカ・ジュニアーズに移籍するまでプレー。ローマ時代には2007年、2008年にはコッパ・イタリアで優勝。2007年にはスーペル・コパも制し、フランチェスコ・トッティ氏が引退してからはキャプテンとしてチームを支えた。 引退後はイタリア代表のテクニカルコーチを務め、2021年のユーロ優勝に貢献。2022年10月から2023年2月まではSPALで指揮を執っていたが、半年でわずか3勝に終わり解任されていた。 ローマでは公式戦通算616試合に出場し63ゴール。18年間プレーしたクラブに監督として復帰することとなったデ・ロッシ新監督は、クラブを通じてコメントしている。 「ローマのテクニカル面でのリーダーシップの責任を私に託してくれたフリードキンファミリーに感謝したい。私としては、今からシーズン終了までの間に待ち受ける試練に立ち向かうため、日々の犠牲を払い、自分の中にある全てを捧げる必要があると思っている」 「ベンチに座ることができる感動は言葉では言い表せない。私にとってローマがどんな存在であるかは、誰もが知っているが、我々全員を待っている仕事は既に引き受けた」 「我々には時間がなく、選択肢もない。競争力を持ち、目標のために戦い、達成しようとすることがスタッフと私が自分たちに与える唯一の優先事項だ」 ローマは16日、4シーズン目を迎えていたジョゼ・モウリーニョ監督を解任。就任1年目の2021-22シーズンはヨーロッパ・カンファレンスリーグで優勝。2022-23シーズンはヨーロッパリーグで決勝に進むも、セビージャにPK戦の末に敗れて準優勝。今シーズンはリーグ戦で序盤から調子が上がらず、14日に行われたセリエA第20節でミランに敗れ、3戦未勝利となっており、9位と苦しんでいた。 2024.01.16 22:15 Tue
