新シーズンに臨む鎌田が“神頼み” 滝をバックにした1枚には先輩・原口が「一回滝に打たれた方がいいよ」と一言

パリ五輪世代のエース・細谷真大、今夏海外移籍か? 市場価値は3億円

長谷部誠がIndeedでトークイベント、海外移籍のキッカケは「劇的に変えなきゃ」、ウーベ・バイン氏は浦和移籍の裏話「ベッケンバウアーに…」
14日、フランクフルトの元日本代表MF長谷部誠が、クラブのスポンサーである世界No.1求人検索エンジン「Indeed (インディード)」の日本法人であるIndeed Japan株式会社のオフィスを訪れ、トークイベントを行った。 Indeedは、「現在60カ国以上、28の言語でサービスを展開し、求職者は何百万もの求人情報を検索すること」ができるサービス。300万以上の企業が採用に活用している。 今回、フランクフルトがジャパンツアーで来日。長谷部と、元フランクフルトの選手であり、浦和レッズでもプレーした元ドイツ代表 ウーベ・バイン氏とトークイベントを行った。 Indeedの社員や求職者なども参加。プロサッカー選手として日本とドイツで成功を収め、日本代表としても2度のワールドカップでプレーした長谷部が自身の考えを語った。 まず、サッカー選手として成功を収める秘訣については「サッカーはフィジカルや技術にフォーカスされますが、心の部分が重要です。頭もそうですが、サッカーのインテリジェンス、しっかり物事を主観、客観で捉えることが重要です」とコメント。最も大事なのは内面だとし、「色々な選手を見てきましたが、それができる選手が上にどんどん上がっていきますし、そこは共通どころとしてあると思います」と、スター選手、一流選手には備わっているものだと語った。 バイン氏も「大体長谷部が言っているが、成功のためにはまずトレーニングをしっかりやること。自分の成功に向かって、建設的に自分を導いてくれる人、人間関係も重要。あとは規律が大事だ」とコメント。自分で決めたことをやり通すこと、そして周りで支える仲間の存在も重要だとした。 長谷部は日本からドイツへ、バイン氏はドイツから日本へとともに海外でのプレーを経験している。国内を飛び出し、海外へ移籍を決めた理由について、長谷部は「僕の場合はどちらかという環境に左右されるタイプです。海外向きではなくて、どちらかといえばコミュニケーションもあまり取らず内気でした」と、自身は海外に向いていないと分析していたとのこと。「ただ、何かを変えたい。このまま日本でプレーしたら平凡な選手に終わるという思いもあり、劇的に変えなきゃいけないと思ったのが海外に行くきっかけでした」と、自分を変えるため、そして今の状況を打破するために、海外移籍を決断したという。 一方のバイン氏は「私も同じで、自分が外国でプレーするなんてことは想像もしていなかった」と、ドイツを出る気はなかったとし、「1990年のワールドカップの後、フィレンツェのチームに行かないかという誘いをもらった。ただ、それは断った」と、イタリア行きを断ったことがあると明かした。それでもその数年後に日本行きを決断。「その2、3年後に、フランツ・ベッケンバウアーから日本に行かないかという話があり、十分に考えて日本行きを決めた」と、“皇帝“とも称される大先輩からの意見に賛同し、1994年に浦和へと移籍した。キャリアの晩年に日本で3シーズンを過ごしたバイン氏だが「日本に行ったことは良かった。たくさん友人ができて、今だにコンタクトを取っている」と、海外挑戦をしてよかったと感じているようだ。 ただ、海外でプレーするということは、大きく環境が変わるということ。チームメイトとのコミュニケーションもままならない他、普段の生活も異国の文化に慣れる必要がある。 長谷部は「フランクフルトは17、18カ国の選手が集まって、多国籍軍でやっています。育ってきた環境、文化が違うので、価値観も違ってあたり前です」と現状を明かし、「同じ考え方にさせようとすることが間違っていて、サッカーでは勝つということは変わらず、そこまでのアプローチは違っても良いかなと思います」と1つの目的に向かえば、その過程は合わせなくても良いと考えるようになったようだ。その中で「とにかく他の選手たち、他の考え方、仲間の価値観を尊重することが重要」とコメント。「勝つという目標は一緒なので、何考えているんだろうと思いながらも、そういう中で日々やっています。面白いです」と、多様性を受け入れることも大事だとした。 一方バイン氏は「外国でプレーするとなると、その国の言葉を理解しなければいけない。私の場合は日本語で、ちょっとは勉強して学んだが、なかなか全部はうまくいかなかった。英語だったが、みんなと理解はできたと思う」と、言葉は重要だと語った。 また「その国の人たちに合わせるというか、自分が1つ下がることが必要になる。ただ、サッカーは1つの言語。同じサッカーという言語で、勝ちたいということは共有している。日本人だろうが、香港だろうが、イタリアなど多少違いがあっても、問題はない」と、相手に合わせながらも、長谷部同様に同じ目的を持つことが大事だとした。 長谷部は、チームメイトであり同じ日本人の日本代表MF鎌田大地にも言及。カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)が迫る中で、今季の活躍に触れ、エールを送った。 「大地に関しても、今シーズンはコンスタントに良いプレーをしていて、チームでも自分が中心という強い気持ちでやってくれています。チームメイトからも信頼を置かれていると思います」 「それが代表にも良い影響が与えられていると思いますし、ワールドカップがもうすぐ始まるので、中心的な役割を担って、日本代表のために頑張ってほしいです」 <span class="paragraph-title">【写真】笑顔でキャリアを振り返る長谷部誠&ウーベ・バイン</span> <span data-other-div="movie"></span> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/Ck8AnQ2vww4/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; 「ニールセン・グレースノート」は出場する選手の中での、インフルエンサーとしてのランキングを発表。フォロワーやフォロワーの増加、エンゲージメント率など、インスタグラム上の投稿ごとの平均ブランド価値を評価してランキングを発表した。 トップ10が発表され、実に9カ国の選手がランクイン。アメリカ女子代表のみが唯一2選手がランクインしている。 1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 女子選手の意見を参考に配慮し白パンツを中止、ナイキが女子W杯出場13カ国の新ユニフォームを発表!

なでしこも要警戒、アメリカ女子代表ボランチが後半ATに強烈弾! 杉田妃和のチームメイト

かつて日本を苦しめたアメリカ女子代表FWアレックス・モーガンが新規参入チームへ電撃移籍「スタートが待ちきれない」

アメリカ女子代表新監督にエマ・ヘイズ氏の就任内定 チェルシー女子の指揮は今季限り
アメリカ女子代表の監督にイングランド人指導者のエマ・ヘイズ氏(47)が就任した。 ヘイズ氏は2012年からチェルシーの女子チームを率いて、通算6度のWSL制覇を含む15個のタイトルを獲得。個人としては2021年のFIFA女子最優秀監督賞に輝いたほか、WSL最優秀監督賞も通算6度の受賞歴を誇る。 そんな女子サッカー界の名指導者は今月4日、今季をもってチェルシー女子チームの監督退任を明らかに。新天地としてアメリカ女子代表が大方の予想を占めるなか、14日の同国サッカー連盟を通じて就任が決まった。 来年5月の今季終了後から指揮を執り、7月末に開幕のパリ・オリンピックで金メダル獲得を目指すヘイズ氏は「世界のサッカー史で最も素晴らしいチームを指導する機会を大変光栄に思う」などと語った。 アメリカ女子代表は先のオーストラリア&ニュージーランド女子ワールドカップ(W杯)で3連覇を逃し、ヴラトコ・アンドノフスキ前監督が辞任。トゥウィラ・キルゴア氏が暫定的に指揮する状況だった。 2023.11.15 13:25 Wed
