1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 カナダ代表が新監督にジェシー・マーシュ氏を招へい、韓国も狙っていた指揮官
カナダサッカー協会(CSA)は13日、アメリカ人指揮官のジェシー・マーシュ氏(50)が同国代表の新監督に就任したことを発表した。契約期間は2026年の北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)終了までとなる。 カナダ代表では2018年1月から指揮を執ってきたジョン・ハードマン監督が、2023年8月にトロントFCへ引き抜かれる形で退任。その後はアシスタントコーチのマウロ・ビエロ氏が暫定監督を務めている状態が続いていた。 新監督に就任したマーシュ氏は、2009年に現役生活を引退すると指導者の道に進み、引退直後にアメリカ代表のボブ・ブラッドリー監督の下でアシスタントコーチに就任。 その後、メジャーリーグ・サッカー(MLS)のモントリオール・インパクト(現CFモントリオール)やニューヨーク・レッドブルズ、レッドブル・ザルツブルク、RBライプツィヒなどで監督を歴任した。 2022年2月からリーズ・ユナイテッドの指揮官に就任すると就任初年度は低迷していたチームをプレミアリーグ残留に成功させたが、積極補強して臨んだ翌シーズンは第20節終了時点で4勝6分け10敗の17位と低迷。成績不振を理由に昨年2月にリーズの監督を解任されていた。 ユルゲン・クリンスマン監督が退任してから監督が不在だった韓国代表の指揮官候補点されていたが、交渉が難航していると報じられていた。 2024.05.14 08:15 Tue

「意味が分からない」カナダ代表の新ユニフォームはナイキのロゴが目立ちすぎ?他国と異なる仕様に「本当にがっかり」「冗談だろ?」

カナダ代表は新ユニフォームを手にできず…選手がゴールパフォーマンスでナイキに抗議!
