今冬の移籍市場で買い取りオプション付きレンタルでマンチェスター・ユナイテッドからアストン・ビラに加入したラッシュフォード。
加入から9試合で4アシストをマークしていた中、3月30日に行われたFAカップ準々決勝プレストン戦で2ゴールを挙げ、移籍後初弾を記録した。
ラッシュフォードはイギリス『BBC』のインタビューを受けて現状を次のように答えた。

プレミアリーグ上位対決での疑惑の判定…PGMOLチーフのウェブ氏が見解「アーセナルのゴール取り消しは正しい判断」

アストン・ビラがスタジアム改修をスタート、ユーロ2028の会場となり5万人収容に変貌へ

バレンシアがバレネチェアを獲得…今夏ユーベからアストン・ビラに完全移籍
バレンシアは30日、アストン・ビラからアルゼンチン人MFエンソ・バレネチェア(23)を1年間のレンタル移籍で獲得したことを発表した。 母国のニューウェルズ・オールドボーイズの下部組織出身のバレネチェアは、2019年に加入したスイスのシオンでヨーロッパでのキャリアをスタート。その後、2020年1月にユベントスNext Gen(U-23チーム)に加入。セリエCに所属するクラブで主力を担うと、2022年11月に行われたパリ・サンジェルマン戦でユベントスでのファーストチームデビューを飾った。 ダイナミックなセントラルMFは昨シーズンにレンタル先のフロジノーネでセリエA36試合に出場し、今シーズンはユベントスのファーストチームでの活躍も期待されたが、ブラジル代表MFドウグラス・ルイスの獲得オペレーションに際してU-21イングランド代表MFサミュエル・イリング・ジュニア(20)と共にアストン・ビラへ完全移籍していた。 そして、今シーズンはバレンシアの地で研鑽を積むことになった。 2024.08.30 23:31 Fri
