マンチェスター・ユナイテッドは今夏の移籍市場で、フルアムのイングランド人DFトシン・アダラバイヨ(26)の獲得を検討しているようだ。

今シーズン、守備陣に負傷者が相次いだユナイテッド。ラファエル・ヴァラン、リサンドロ・マルティネス、ルーク・ショーは度重なるケガに悩まされ、タイレル・マラシアに至ってはここまで1試合も出場していない。

守備陣が整わなかったことも災いして、今シーズンのプレミアリーグでは残り2試合の時点で8位に低迷。エリク・テン・ハグ監督の去就も不透明となる中で、クラブは来シーズンに向けた動きを進めている。
すでにヴァランの今シーズン限りでの退団が決定となり、ユナイテッドは夏の移籍市場でセンターバック探しが急務に。そんな中で、イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』によるとクラブはアダラバイヨへの関心を深めているとのことだ。

196cmの長身を武器とするセンターバックのアダラバイヨは、下部組織時代から過ごしたマンチェスター・シティで主力に定着できずも、2020年に加入したフルアムで定位置を確保。今シーズンは序盤こそ負傷欠場が続いたものの、復帰してからは主軸としてここまで公式戦25試合に出場している。
アダラバイヨとフルアムの契約は今季までとなることもあり、フリーでの獲得も狙える状況。ニューカッスルやミランも獲得に動いているが、ユナイテッドも本格参戦となれば争奪戦への発展が予想される。

若手時代のC・ロナウドをそばで見れたことは「幸運」…ファン・ニステルローイ氏の監督業にも活きた記憶「学びと向上に貪欲…PSVでシャビ・シモンズに伝承」

「高価な食べ物はない」ギネス記録樹立、C・ロナウドのあの肉体の秘訣を専属シェフが明かす

総額1200万円!ヴェネツィア映画祭に出席のフィアンセにC・ロナウドが豪華アクセサリーをプレゼント
