現役時代はクロアチア代表としても活躍し、ハイドゥク・スプリトやユベントス、シエナでプレー。引退後は指導者の道に進んだ。
古巣のハイドゥク・スプリトやPAOKテッサロニキ、ガラタサリ、ウディネーゼ、エラス・ヴェローナなどで指揮を執ると、今年7月にホルヘ・サンパオリ監督の後任として監督に就任した。
今シーズンのマルセイユはリーグ・アンで3位が確定。来シーズンのチャンピオンズリーグ(CL)予選に参加することに。チームは好調を維持していたが、1年の契約を残して退団することになるという。

鎌田大地とラツィオの交渉決裂は代理人の問題か? 現地では交渉に屈しなかった会長を称える「ノーと言うのが上手かった」

ガスペリーニ監督直々のご指名…アタランタがアルゼンチン代表CBバレルディに関心

フランス出身のベナセルがマルセイユに電撃移籍、買取OP付きレンタル

マルセイユ、U-21イングランド代表FWロウが完全移籍に移行
