モドリッチが今夏レアル退団の可能性? C・ロナウドと再共演か

レアル・マドリーのクロアチア代表MFルカ・モドリッチ(37)だが、かつてのチームメイトと再会する可能性があるようだ。フランス『フットメルカート』が伝えた。

37歳となったモドリッチは2012年8月にトッテナムからマドリーへ完全移籍し、11シーズン目を過ごしている。

今シーズンも公式戦34試合に出場し6ゴール5アシスト。衰えを見せない中、契約は今シーズン終了までとなっている。
カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)でもクロアチアの3位という成績に貢献。来年のユーロまでクロアチア代表での活動を続けることになるようだが、シーズン終了後にマドリーを去る可能性があるという。

マドリーは契約延長に向けた話し合いを考えており、カルロ・アンチェロッティ監督も「彼はやるべきことをやるはずだ」と楽観視している一方で、退団を考え始めているという。
ただ、現役を引退するつもりはなく、行き先としてはサウジアラビアのアル・ナスルが浮上。今冬の移籍市場でポルトガル代表FWクリスティアーノ・ロナウドが加入したクラブであり、マドリー時代のコンビが復活する可能性があるようだ。

もちろん、マドリーでプレーを続ける可能性も十分にあるが、キャリアも終盤に差し掛かる中でどういった決断を下すのか。モドリッチの去就にも注目が集まる。

21世紀の出場試合数ランキング発表! 首位は1145試合のC・ロナウド、トップ10に日本人選手がランクイン

「どれだけ幸せなことか改めて感じている」東京V一筋でJリーグ200試合達成の森田晃樹、気持ち新たに広島戦へ

Jリーグ200試合出場を達成した東京ヴェルディの司令塔が、気持ち新たに上位浮上を目指すチームを牽引していく。 東京ヴェルディジュニアから緑の名門のアカデミーで研鑽を積み、ユース在籍時の2018年に天皇杯の浦和レッズ戦でトップチームデビューを飾ったMF森田晃樹。 トップチームに正式昇格した2019シーズンのJ2第3節ツエーゲン金沢戦でJリーグデビューを果たすと、以降は本職のセントラルMFを主戦場に永井秀樹体制では右サイドバックや偽CFも経験しつつ、城福浩監督の下では2ボランチの一角に定着。 ラ・リーガで活躍するレアル・マドリーMFルカ・モドリッチやバルセロナMFペドリらを彷彿とさせるエレガントなボールスキル、テクニックに加え、現指揮官の下で磨きをかけた守備でも元々持ち合わせていた守備センスにフィジカルの改善が重なり、献身的なプレスバックやボールを奪い切るプレーでスタンドを沸かせる選手へと変貌を遂げた。 キャプテンを託された2023シーズンはJ2ベストイレブンに選出される活躍をみせ、J1昇格プレーオフを制した名門を16年ぶりにJ1の舞台に復帰させた。さらに、自身初のJ1でのプレーとなった昨シーズンも主力としてチームを牽引し、6位フィニッシュに導いた。 そして、11日に味の素スタジアムで行われた明治安田J1リーグ第16節の湘南ベルマーレ戦ではJリーグ通算200試合出場(J1・45試合、J2・155試合)を果たした。 残念ながら、そのメモリアルゲームでは試合終盤に自身の自陣ゴールライン際での入れ替わりから2失点目を喫するなど0-2の敗戦。試合後のミックスゾーンでは敗戦の責を負い、厳しい表情で試合の振り返りを語っていた。 それでも、今週のトレーニング後に改めて200試合出場への思いを問うと、その感慨深い思いの一端を語ってくれた。 「あまり気にしてなかったですけど、200試合と改めて聞くと、自分でもすごいなと思います。そのぐらい運が良かったというか、1年目から出させてもらって、J2時代からそうやって試合を積み重ねてこられたので、いいキャリアを歩ませてもらっているなと思います」 また、プロ入り当時にJ1でプレーする東京VのキャプテンとしてJリーグ200試合出場を達成する姿を想像できたかと聞くと、緑の背番号7は「いや、全然です」と即答。 ただ、才気溢れる多くのアカデミーの先輩たちがクラブへの愛情と自身の野心を天秤にかけた上で、泣く泣くJ1の他クラブや世界に羽ばたいて行ったなか、愛するクラブとともにステップアップを遂げられたことを誇りに感じている。 「(昇格時は)J2でしたし、先輩たちもみんな上に行くために、どんどんステップアップしていったので、自分もそういうふうになりたいなと思っていました。でも、こういう形でチームとしてステップアップし、そこに自分も加わってやれているというのが、本当にどれだけ幸せなことかというのを改めて感じています」 いつも通り飄々とした語り口ながらも、クラブに対する強い愛情やここまで成し遂げてきたことへの誇りも垣間見せた24歳MF。ただ、節目の一戦を終え、その視線はすでに未来を見据えている。 今シーズンは開幕から超野心的な目標を掲げながら、昨季同様にシーズン序盤は苦戦。ゴールデンウイークの連戦を3勝1敗で終えて戦績を五分に戻したが、湘南戦の敗戦によって14位に転落。団子状態のJ1の戦いにおいて、現状は残留争いに足が浸かりつつ、トップハーフ浮上を目指す立ち位置にある。 そんななか、17日にエディオンピースウイング広島で行われる明治安田J1リーグ第17節では昨季の公式戦3試合全敗だった5位のサンフレッチェ広島との重要なアウェイゲームに臨む。 その3度の対戦では1試合の途中出場にとどまった森田だが、「攻撃のクオリティというのはすごく高いものを感じますし、去年とはメンバーが違いますけど、ジャーメイン(良)選手とか、本当に得点を取れるクオリティの高い選手は引き続きいるので、そういうところは注意すべきかなと思います」と、リーグ3連勝と好調の相手を警戒。 個の強さを前面に押し出すマンツーマンの相手に対しては、局面のデュエルの奮闘とともに攻撃面では相手の守備の矢印を折ることができる、背番号7のターンやプレス回避は重要なポイントとなるはずだ。 森田はポジティブトランジションにおいて、後方から人が湧き出てくる相手の攻撃ををいかに封じ込めるかを守備のポイントに挙げつつ、自分たちの攻撃では自らが局面を打開するスイッチを担いたいと意気込んだ。 「取られた時に相手はそこからが速いので、取ってからのクロスとか、そこをいかにやらせないか。自分たちが持っている時には、自分たちがバランスを崩しながら動いてという形になると思うので、そこで取られた時とかに陣形が崩れているなかで、どれだけ守備ができるかという部分もすごく大事かなと思います」 「マンツーマンというのは、1個剥がせればチャンスになりますし、たぶん相手は後ろの3枚に相当自信があると思うので、そこで潰されないというのも大事。ワンツーとか自分のところで剥がしたりとか、そういうのができればチャンスは作れるかなと思っています」 2025.05.16 16:00 Fri

C・ロナウドは破局したら毎月1600万円を支払い? 「妻」と呼んで話題のジョルジーナさんとの間に契約が発覚
