かつてインテルで2度のセリエA得点王に輝き、2019年夏からPSGでプレーするイカルディ。しかし、昨季までの3年間でリーグ・アン通算23得点にとどまるなど、イタリア時代の得点力を発揮しているとは言い難い。
また、最近は妻であるワンダ・ナラ氏との離婚報道が出た他、クリストフ・ガルティエ監督から「場所を変えれば、キャリアの軌道を戻せる」と移籍を勧めるコメントを発せられるなど、心穏やかでない日々が続いている。
イタリア『トゥットスポルト』によると、イカルディはすでにPSGで構想外となっており、チーム練習に参加できていないとのこと。今夏中に新天地を探したいところだが、最もイカルディに熱視線を浴びせていたと報じられたモンツァは、12日にナポリから元イタリア代表FWアンドレア・ペターニャの獲得を発表。念願の新たなストライカーを確保した。
それでもモンツァ行きの可能性は残されているようだが、イカルディのPSGでの年俸は1000万ユーロ(約13億7000万円)と目されており、同等の額を求めているとすれば新天地選びはこの先も困難を極めるかもしれない。

イカルディの妻ワンダ・ナラがインスタで離別を発表…昨年はイカルディの浮気で離婚騒動に発展

胸にライオンを宿すイカルディ、新たなタトゥーは背中の半分に神様の顔を入れて話題に「素晴らしい」「最高だ」

スパイク裏を顔面に受けたドンナルンマがひどい裂傷、数日間の離脱と追加検査に

「君は私が嫌いな選手の原型」、L・エンリケは追放したヴェッラッティのライフスタイルを問題視
