圧巻4発! 珍しいヘディングゴールにムバッペ本人も「上達していると思う」、W杯出場は「想像を絶する夢」

フランスは13日、カタールW杯欧州予選でカザフスタン代表と対戦。首位のフランスは勝てばW杯出場が決まる中、最下位のカザフスタン相手にムバッペが圧巻のパフォーマンスを見せる。

開始6分に左からのクロスを簡単に合わせたシュートでムバッペが先制ゴールを決めると、12分にはカウンターからGKが飛び出すと、キングスレー・コマンのクロスを無人のゴールへと決めて追加点。そして32分にはコマンのクロスから珍しいヘディングでゴールを決め、前半だけでハットトリックを達成。後半には、カリム・ベンゼマが2ゴール、アドリアン・ラビオ、アントワーヌ・グリーズマンが追加点を奪い、87分にムバッペが4点目を決めて8-0と圧勝した。

ハットトリックを記録したムバッペは、何よりもW杯出場を決められたことが良かったとコメント。ファンの前で戦い切ることが大事だったとした。

「最も重要なことは出場権を獲得することだった。僕たちは自分たちのタイトルを守るチャンスが欲しかった」

「出場して優勝したことのある人にとっても、ワールドカップでプレーすることは想像を絶する夢だ」

また、ハットトリックを達成した自身のヘディングゴールについてもコメント。トレーニングから良い状態だったと語った。

「金曜日に僕はトレーニングで頭でゴールしていた。監督からラッキーだと言われていたので、運命の助け舟になったね」

「確かに僕のヘディングは最高のものではないけど、今年は上達していると思う。トップレベルのヘディングの能力ではないけど、少しずつ望むところに近づいてきているんだ。これからも僕は他の人のゴールに繋がるようにハードワークするよ」

「鶏デカすぎ」「ケンタッキーとのコラボか?」フランス代表の新ユニフォームにはビッグサイズのロゴが採用「巨大すぎない?」
