元ドイツ代表DFボアテングが有罪も前科付かず、元妻への暴力行為で罰金2億3400万円

懲役5年とも報じられていた中、『ビルト』によればボアテングは1回3万ユーロ(約390万円)を60回に分けて支払うとのこと。合計で180万ユーロ(約2億3400万円)の罰金となった。

なお、検察官は危険な身体的危害、暴行、侮辱の罪で、執行猶予付きの1年6カ月を求刑していたが、罰金処分に終わった。

1回の罰金学はボアテングの収入に応じて決められるが、最大で3万ユーロしか科せられず、最高額になるとのこと。月収を90万ユーロ(約1億1700万円)と見たてており、年収を1080万ユーロ(約14億円)と考えて計算しているようだ。

また、60回の罰金となるものの、ドイツでは刑期は90日を上回った場合は前科とみなされるため、ボアテングは前科者にはならないという。

今回の事件は起訴状によると、ボアテングがカリブ海のタークス・カイコス諸島でバカンスを過ごしていた最中に、センラーさんを殴打したとされている。ボアテングは、侮辱しながら殴ったり、頭に噛みつき、地面に叩きつけるなどの行為に及んだとのこと。また、検察官によると、ガラス製のランタンや保冷バッグを“全力”で投げつけたとのこと。罪状は、侮辱罪と故意の身体的危害とされていた。

ドイツのレジェンド・バラック氏が21歳モデルとキス…新恋人は2年前に他界した息子の親友

29歳で引退した元W杯王者の転身が話題!ほぼ裸で雪山に登頂、自分の人生を見直すきっかけに
