これがワールドクラスというものなのだろうか。まるで漫画のようなワンシーンが話題となっている。

そのシーンが生まれたのは14日に行われたカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)準決勝のフランス代表vsモロッコ代表の一戦だ。試合は2大会連続の決勝進出を目指すフランスが、テオ・エルナンデスとランダル・コロ・ムアニのゴールで2-0と勝利。アフリカ勢初となるベスト4入りを果たしたモロッコを退ける形となった。
ハイレベルな戦いを見せた両チーム。国家としても関係の深い両国の対戦ということもあり、大きな盛り上がりを見せたが、その試合のワンシーンが凄いことになっている。

それはフランス代表FWキリアン・ムバッペが中心となったもの。モロッコの5選手が周りを囲んでいるのだ。
ムバッペの周りにいるのは、ヌサイル・マズラウィ、ジャワド・エル・ヤミーク、ソフィアン・アムラバト、アゼディン・ウナイ、そしてアクラフ・ハキミだ。

このシーンではムバッペがシュートを放っているように見えるが、何よりもフィールドプレーヤー10人のうちの半分が対応に来ているという点だ。

ムバッペは今大会で5ゴールを記録しており、得点ランキングトップ。アルゼンチン代表FWリオネル・メッシと並んでおり、決勝戦でW杯の優勝と共に得点王も争うことになる。

イタリア代表がリヨン逸材FWシェルキ招集を検討か?
