キャプテン&副キャプテンら4選手が浦和が異例の声明! 退団の経緯を説明「事実を重く受け止めております」
浦和レッズが、選手の移籍を受けて異例の声明を発表した。 今シーズンはペア・マティアス・ヘグモ監督が就任した中、前半戦は苦しい戦いに。後半戦は連勝スタートとなり、9位に位置している。 しかし、チームは夏の移籍市場で大きく動くことに。キャプテンを務めていた元日本代表DF酒井宏樹、副キャプテンで守備の要だったDFアレクサンダー・ショルツが海外移籍のために退団することが決定した。 さらに、中盤を支えたMF岩尾憲がJ2の古巣・徳島ヴォルティスに完全移籍。ローマからレンタル移籍中だったノルウェー代表FWオラ・ソルバッケンも契約期間満了で退団となり、4選手がチームを去ることとなった。 一方で、オーストリア2部のSKNザンクト・ペルテンからFW二田理央(21)、クラブ・ブルージュからMF本間至恩(23)を完全移籍で獲得。攻撃陣を補強しているが、屋台骨が抜けたことには変わりない。 浦和はこの事態を受けて声明を発表。スポーツ・ディレクター(SD)の堀之内聖氏が、4選手の対談に関しての情報を発表。経緯を説明した。 「クラブからリリースがありました通り、6月末日をもって、これまで浦和レッズに大きく貢献してくれた4選手がチームを離れました」 「4選手それぞれが、ファン・サポーターのみなさまから殊更に多くのご期待、ご声援をいただいていた選手であったことに加え、シーズン途中でキャプテンおよび副キャプテンが離脱したという事実を重く受け止めております」 「スポーツダイレクターという、チームの編成責任を負う立場にある私が、個別移籍事案の背景をご説明することの是非についてはさまざまなご意見もあろうかと思いますが、事案の重大性に鑑み、守秘義務との兼ね合いから多くの情報を開示することは叶いませんが、今般の経緯を以下にご説明させていただきます」 ◆酒井宏樹 2021年6月に、リーグ・アン(フランス1部)のオリンピック・マルセイユから完全移籍で浦和レッズに加入してくれました。 当時、浦和レッズへの加入理由を「浦和レッズにはマルセイユのような特別なファン・サポーターがいて、僕に緊張感や責任感を与えてくれる」と語っていた通り、ピッチの内外を問わず自らとチームに対して良い緊張感を与え、そして情熱と責任感あふれるプレーを見せてくれました。 今回の移籍に向けた離脱については、重要な戦力であるという理由から慰留に努めましたが、「もう一度海外でプレーしたい」という本人の強い意向や、ヨーロッパを含め多くの選択肢がある中、トップフォームで浦和レッズに加入してくれたことへの感謝、これまでのチームへの貢献、そして経済面を含めたチーム全体の編成を熟考したうえで、苦渋の決断ではありましたが本人の意向を尊重することといたしました。 ◆アレクサンダー ショルツ 2021年5月に、デンマーク・スーペルリーガ(デンマーク1部)のFCミッティランから完全移籍で浦和レッズに加入してくれました。 日本に限らず、これまでの経歴においても、異文化へのチャレンジを積極的に行う人間性は多くのファン・サポーターのみなさまがご承知のことと思いますが、選手やチームスタッフ、クラブスタッフは勿論のこと、ファン・サポーターのみなさまやメディアのみなさまなど、全ての人に対して分け隔てなく接する素晴らしい人間性とピッチ上で見せる高い技術と戦術眼、そして強いウィニングスピリッツでチームに大きく貢献してくれました。 今回の移籍に向けた離脱については、本人の異文化へのチャレンジ欲求を理解しつつも、余人をもって代えがたい不可欠な存在であるという理由から強く慰留に努めましたが、浦和レッズというクラブが現在持ち得ている全ての力をもってしても阻止することはできませんでした。 契約期間中の移籍に際しては移籍金が発生しますが、その設定金額は選手自身の価値であると同時に、選手によるクラブへの評価を表すものでもあります。 私たち浦和レッズは、今回のような移籍を回避できるクラブ、即ち経済力やブランド力等で世界と伍して闘うことのできるクラブになっていかなければならないという思いを改めて強く抱いております。 ◆岩尾憲 2022年1月に、J2リーグの徳島ヴォルティスから期限付き移籍で浦和レッズに加入し、同年11月に完全移籍での加入を果たしてくれました。 合計3人の監督のもと、ピッチ上での高いパフォーマンスに加え、高い戦術理解と言語化能力をもってチーム内の共通理解の醸成に寄与してくれました。 今回の移籍については、そうした貢献について高く評価していたため慰留に努めましたが、本人による、選手としてプレーできる時間がそれほど多く残っていない年齢となり、ピッチに立つ時間に拘りたいという意思は固く、その意向を尊重することといたしました。 ◆オラ・ソルバッケン 2024年1月に、イタリア セリエA(イタリア1部)のASローマから期限付き移籍で浦和レッズに加入してくれました。 短い契約期間にあっても、誠実にフットボールに向き合う姿勢を見せてくれましたが、加入後に複数回負傷してしまう不運などもあり、多くの時間をピッチ外で過ごすことになりました。 そうした中でも、左利きの大型ウィンガーとして高いポテンシャルを発揮する場面があり、7月以降も引き続き浦和レッズの戦力で居続けてもらう方法を模索しましたが、期限付き移籍期間中でのクラブ間合意には至らず、契約に則り6月をもって退団することとなりました。 退団した4選手の理由をそれぞれ説明した浦和。これからも前を向いて勝利を目指してチームの成長に努めるとした。 「シーズン途中で強化責任者が交代し、そしてキャプテンと副キャプテンがチームを離れるという事態により、ファン・サポーターのみなさまにはご不安を与えてしまいまして誠に申し訳ございません」 「ここまでチームは23試合の公式戦を闘ってきましたが、始動時に描いた成長曲線に対し、現時点でのチームの完成度は後れを取っていると言わざるを得ません」 「フットボール本部では常時、チーム、選手、スタッフを定量、定性の両面から評価し、補強、改善に取り組んでおりますが、試合毎、或いは試合の中でも時間帯によって好不調の波があるなど安定した闘いができておらず、みなさまのご期待にも応えられていないと感じております」 「ですが、来年に控えたクラブワールドカップで世界の強豪クラブに対して堂々と渡り合えるチームを作り、ファン・サポーターのみなさまに誇りに思っていただけるような闘いをお見せするその日から逆算して、闘い方の積み上げを図りながら愚直にチーム作りを継続するというクラブの取り組みに迷いはありません」 「成長のスピードを上げていく努力とそのための変化は必要であり、そのための手段を講じておりますが、成長の方向性はしっかりと継続していきたいと考えております」 「なお当然ながら、その過程において浦和レッズというクラブがフットボールと向き合う姿勢として、勝利を目指さない試合は1試合として存在しません」 「選手、スタッフ一同、今シーズン残された公式戦17試合全てにおいて勝利を目指し、最後まで走り、闘い、貫く覚悟です」 「目の前の試合にフォーカスし、勝利のために日々のトレーニングからステップアップしていくことと、クラブワールドカップから逆算した、世界の競合クラブと伍して闘うことのできるチーム作りを両輪として、引き続き強くて魅力あるチーム作りに全力を投じてまいりますので、引き続きのご声援をどうぞ宜しくお願い申し上げます」 2024.07.01 21:10 Mon

神戸FW宮代大聖がアストン・ビラ行きの可能性と現地報道…公式戦18ゴールと飛躍、戦略的パートナーシップの影響も?

バレンシアがバレネチェアを獲得…今夏ユーベからアストン・ビラに完全移籍
