元ドイツ代表MFのバスティアン・シュバインシュタイガー氏が、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)で敗れたチームを酷評した。ドイツ『スカイ』が伝えている。

ドイツは23日に行われたカタールW杯グループE第1節で、日本代表と対戦した。下馬評で有利と見られていた相手に前半PKを決めて先制したものの、以降は再三のチャンスを得点に繋げられず。すると後半、布陣を変えた日本の反撃を受けて守備が崩れると、MF堂安律、FW浅野拓磨にゴールを許して2失点。その後はチームを立て直すことができず、そのまま1-2で敗れた。

まさかの黒星を喫したドイツに対しては、試合後に批判が殺到。ドイツ『ARD』に出演したシュバインシュタイガー氏も、2失点目のシーンでラインを乱しオフサイドをかけ損なうなど、ミスの目立ったDFニクラス・ジューレをこき下ろした。

「(2失点とも)本当に、本当に悪いプレーだった。ニクラス・ジューレはディフェンダーの選手だろう。だが、ジューレ自身はそう思っていなかったのか、同点を許すゴールへの道を自ら開けてしまった」

シュバインシュタイガーが2008年にバイエルン退団目前だったことを明かす「フレブという選手が来る予定だった」

ドイツサッカーのレジェンドであるバスティアン・シュバインシュタイガー氏が、2008年にバイエルン退団寸前だったことを明かした。ドイツ公共放送連盟『ARD』に語っている。同クラブの下部組織出身であるシュバインシュタイガー氏は、2002年のプロデビューからマンチェスター・ユナイテッドに移籍する2015年まで在籍し、歴代暫定10位となる500試合に出場した。ブンデスリーガはもちろんのこと、2012-13シーズンにはチャンピオンズリーグを制覇し、20以上のタイトル獲得に貢献した。上述のように2015年までプレーした同氏だが、『ARD』で語ったところによると、2008年に退団目前にまで至っていたとのこと。当時アーセナルに所属していた元ベラルーシ代表MFアレクサンドル・フレブの加入が差し迫り、自身はインテル移籍に向けて荷造りまでしていたという。「私のスーツケースはすでにミラノに向けて発送される直前だった。当時はユルゲン・クリンスマンが監督を務め、クラブはアレクサンドル・フレブという別の選手を欲しがっていた」しかしフレブは、バイエルン行きを拒否し、同年にバルセロナへ移籍。それに伴い、シュバインシュタイガー氏のインテル行きも破談となったという。「そうやって僕はバイエルン・ミュンヘンに残ったのだ」と明かした同氏。ユナイテッド移籍後は2017年3月にMLSのシカゴ・ファイアーに活躍の場を移し、2019年10月に引退を発表。現在は『ARD』で解説者を務めている。 2021.10.11 18:50 Mon

「これはどっちも買う」「素敵すぎ」ドイツ代表のW杯ユニが大好評!ホームは1908年をモチーフに

“爆撃機”と親しまれた元西ドイツ代表のレジェンド、ゲルト・ミュラー氏が75歳で逝去
