強姦容疑の元シティDFメンディ、またも無罪…これで強姦6件、性的暴行1件が無罪判決
女性への複数の強姦容疑で起訴されている元マンチェスター・シティの元フランス代表DFバンジャマン・メンディだが、無罪となった。イギリス『BBC』が伝えた。 メンディは複数の女性への強姦、強姦未遂の容疑で起訴。既に6件の起訴は無罪となっていた。 今回は、2020年10月に自宅にて24歳の女性を襲った件で。また別の29歳女性への強姦未遂の罪でも告発されており、2年前にも自宅で性的暴行を加えたとされていた。 1月に6件が無罪となっていたが、今回も無罪に。陪審員長が無罪評決を読み上げるとメンディは泣き崩れたという。 男女それぞれ6人からなる陪審員は、3時間15分かけて審議したとのこと。またしても無罪となった。 シティとの契約はこの夏で満了を迎えたが、これまで疑惑がかけられていた強姦6件、性的暴行1件で無罪に。強姦と強姦未遂の2件については、再審が行われるという。 いずれの件も、女性の証言があったものの、証拠に乏しく強姦や性的暴行と判定はできず。メンディは「相手が望むならば」と答え、「女性に性行為を強要することなどありえない」と主張し、無理矢理要求したことはないと一貫して主張していた。 2023.07.15 11:55 Sat

パリ五輪・男子サッカーの組み合わせ決定!本命のアルゼンチンはBグループに
