ブラジル代表FWガブリエウ・ジェズス(25)がマンチェスター・シティでの不透明な将来を認めつつ、クラブや代理人に自身の意向を通達済みだと話した。

今季もこれといったセンターFWを欠いたシティのなかで、公式戦41試合出場で13得点12アシストの数字を記録したジェズス。プレミアリーグで1試合4ゴールの離れ業も披露したが、もっぱらアーセナル行きの噂で注目を集めている。

シティもFWフリアン・アルバレスに続き、FWアーリング・ハーランドの来季加入が内定。契約を2023年夏まで残すジェズスだが、今夏移籍の可能性が取り沙汰され、選手の代理人もアーセナルを含む複数クラブの関心を認めている。
さらに、代理人から交渉が明らかにされるなど、アーセナルの本気度も表面化するなか、ジェズスは『ESPN Brazil』で揺れる去就に言及している。

「僕の将来についてはまだよくわからないんだ。シティとの契約があって、クラブの人たちや代理人にはもう自分の意向を伝えてある。自分の望みは僕の頭のなかにすごく明確にある」
「でも、今日はシティで盛大に祝いしたい。僕がここですごくハッピーなのは明らか。それと、明日は僕や妻、家族にとってすべてがうまくいったら、娘のヘレナがこの世にやってくる」

「だから、この瞬間を楽しまないとね。そして、チームのことを考えて、また微笑むんだ。それからバケーションを挟んで、僕の将来を決めていきたい」

「見ていて退屈なチーム」痛恨黒星でタイトル遠のくアーセナル…失速の要因の一つは創造性欠如?「セットプレーへの執着が…」

アディダスが新たな「プレデター」を発表! 日本代表の南野拓実「ゴールを奪うための1足」、浅野拓磨「自分にピッタリ」

シティDFラポルテが同僚の“タトゥー” を品定め、エデルソンは「多いけど、かっこよくはない」

シティとミランが対戦、遺恨を残したペップから声をかけられたイブラヒモビッチは...
