ドイツ代表のハンジ・フリック監督が、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)出場を決めたことを喜んだ。ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)が伝えた。

ドイツは11日、カタールW杯欧州予選グループJ第8節で、北マケドニア代表とアウェイで対戦した。

3月に行われたホームでの北マケドニア戦では1-2で敗れ、予選で唯一の黒星を喫していたドイツ。この試合も前半から押し込むが、ゴールを奪えず苦しい展開が続く。
ゴールレスで迎えた後半もドイツが押し込むと50分にカイ・ハヴァーツが先制ゴールを奪うと、70分と73分にティモ・ヴェルナーが連続ゴールで試合の大勢を決める。さらに84分には、ジャマル・ミュージアラがゴールを奪い、0-4で快勝。ルーマニア代表が敗れたために、世界最速でカタールW杯出場を決めた。

見事に予選を突破したフリック監督は、試合後に勝利を喜んだ。
「我々は予選を通過した。それが望んでいたことだった。チームの姿勢を褒めなければいけない。彼らは決して諦めなかった」

ドイツ代表FWヴェルナーはトルコとの親善試合を欠場へ「少し風邪をひいている」

18歳の若さでこの世を去ったバラック氏の次男に、パートナーが哀悼のメッセージ

W杯で日本と対戦するドイツ代表の呼称「ディー・マンシャフト」が廃止に…7月末に結論

カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)では、日本代表とも対戦するドイツ代表だが、その“愛称”について議論がなされている。 2014年のブラジルW杯では優勝を果たしているドイツ代表。チームの愛称として「Die Mannschaft(ディー・マンシャフト)」が採用されている。 これはW杯制覇後の2015年にドイツ代表のマネージャーを務めるオリバー・ビアホフ氏が呼称として導入したもの。意味は「これがチームだ」というものだが、廃止の方向で話が進んでいる。 ドイツサッカー連盟(DFB)のベルント・ノイエンドルフ会長は、この呼称について終わる可能性があることを20日にコメント。7月末に結論を出すという。 「終わりが来る。7月末に責任機関の会合が開かれ、決定が確実に下される。終わりのない話には興味がない」 「今回の定性調査では、我々のイメージを固め、意見をまとめることができるはずだ。ただ、調査に依存することはない」 この言葉の生みの親とも言われるビアホフ氏は「我慢すれば良い」と会長の決定を受け入れることを示唆。日本と対戦するときにはもう使われない愛称となっていそうだ。 2022.06.21 14:30 Tue

ヴァイデンフェラーが引退試合で2Gに2本のPKストップ! 恩師クロップにポドルスキも駆けつけ7万人が熱狂
