チェルシーのアメリカ代表MFクリスチャン・プリシッチが代表活動中にケガを負ってしまったようだ。

今月の代表ウィークでもアメリカのエースとして、カタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)北中米カリブ海予選に臨んだプリシッチ。先のカナダ代表戦に続いて、8日に行われたホンジュラス代表戦にも先発したが、55分過ぎに相手と交錯して、左足首を痛め、62分にピッチを後にした。

イギリス『メトロ』によると、アメリカを率いるグレッグ・バーホルター監督は試合後、「クリスチャンは少し足首を痛めてしまった。ロンドンに戻ってから、より詳しい情報が得られるだろう。現時点で、程度はわからない」と述べたという。
プリシッチはチェルシー加入3年目の今季、ここまで公式戦2試合に出場して2得点1アシストを記録。今回の代表活動はチェルシーで新型コロナウイルス感染がわかり、直近のプレミアリーグ2試合で欠場を余儀なくされてからの実戦復帰の場だった。

なお、11日に行われるプレミアリーグ第4節のアストン・ビラ戦が代表ウィーク明けの初戦となるチェルシーだが、故障者が続出。フランス代表MFエンゴロ・カンテがハムストリングを痛め、ベルギー代表FWロメル・ルカクも太ももの違和感をアピールしている。

プレミアリーグ、ラマダン期間の開催試合で“飲水・栄養摂取タイム”の導入か

「ニールセン・グレースノート」は出場する選手の中での、インフルエンサーとしてのランキングを発表。フォロワーやフォロワーの増加、エンゲージメント率など、インスタグラム上の投稿ごとの平均ブランド価値を評価してランキングを発表した。 トップ10が発表され、実に9カ国の選手がランクイン。アメリカ女子代表のみが唯一2選手がランクインしている。 1位に輝いたのは、アストン・ビラでプレーするスイス女子代表のアリーシャ・レーマン。世界一セクシーなアスリートとしても知られ、インスタグラムのフォロワーは1340万人。元プロテニスプレーヤーのロジャー・フェデラーを超え、インスタグラムで最も人気のあるスイス人アスリートとなっている。 女子選手の意見を参考に配慮し白パンツを中止、ナイキが女子W杯出場13カ国の新ユニフォームを発表!

吐く息は真っ白、-19℃の過酷環境でW杯予選が開催! 選手たちも寒すぎて防寒対策

なでしこも要警戒、アメリカ女子代表ボランチが後半ATに強烈弾! 杉田妃和のチームメイト
