ゲッツェの弟・フェリックスが試合中に激突で頭蓋骨骨折、回復も集中治療室で経過観察

ドイツ代表として2014年のブラジル・ワールドカップで優勝を果たしたPSGのMFマリオ・ゲッツェの実弟であるカイザースラウテルンのMFフェリックス・ゲッツェが危険な状態だ。

ドイツ3部に所属するカイザースラウテルン。すでにシーズンは開幕しており、15日には第3節のヴィクトリア・ベルリン戦が行われた。この試合にボランチで先発出場したゲッツェだったが、72分に痛ましい事故が起きる。

センターサークル内で空中戦で競り合うと、チームメイトのマービン・ゼンガーと激突。こめかみの辺りを思い切り打ち付けられたゲッツェは、そのままピッチに倒れ込んでしまった。

頭部を強打し、ピッチに倒れ込んだことで不穏な空気が流れた中、すぐさまメディカルスタッフが呼ばれることに。ピッチ内で治療を行い担架で運び出せれることとなった。

ドイツ『ビルト』によると、ゲッツェはベルリン市内の病院へと入院。集中治療室に入り治療を受けているとのこと。最初の診断は生え際付近の頭蓋骨のヒビだったとのこと。ゲッツェは自身のインスタグラムのストーリーズで「多くのメッセージをありがとう。今のところ元気だ」と投稿した。

カイザースラウテルンは今回の件を報告。ゲッツェの状態、そして多くのメッセージに感謝を述べ、ゲッツェの回復を願った。

「我々の周りだけでなく、ヴィクトリア・ベルリンのスタッフやサポーターからも多くの回復を願う言葉が届いており、感謝しています。フェリックス・ゲッツェは現在も病院で治療を受けています」

「ここでは頭蓋骨の生え際付近の骨折という診断が下されました。フェリックスは、現在集中治療室で、さらなる観察と検査を受けていますが、今の時点では順調に進んでいます」

「何かニュースがありましたら、すぐにおしらせします。それまでは我々の24番に、たくさんの強さを回復の願いを送ります」

また、ヴィクトリア・ベルリンもこの投稿に「我々の思いは彼と共にあります。早く良くなりますように」と励ましのメッセージを送った。
