「彼への批判は笑い話だ」解任の噂もあるピルロ監督をテュラム氏が徹底擁護

かつてユベントスで活躍した元フランス代表DFリリアン・テュラム氏が、古巣で指揮をとるアンドレア・ピルロ監督を擁護している。イタリア『スカイ』が伝えた。

ピルロ監督は昨夏、マウリツィオ・サッリ前監督の後任としてユベントスの指揮官に就任。しかし、指導者経験のないまま挑んだ今シーズン、セリエAでは首位インテルに残り8試合で12ポイント差をつけられており、9シーズン連続で維持してきたリーグ王座の防衛は絶望的となっている。

また、チャンピオンズリーグ(CL)ではグループステージ首位で決勝トーナメントに進出したものの、ラウンド16でポルトに屈しまさかの敗退。こうした不甲斐ない戦績によってピルロ監督への批判は強まっており、一部メディアからは解任の可能性も囁かれている。

しかし、テュラム氏は『スカイ』のインタビューに応じた際、ピルロ監督を擁護。どんな監督であっても、結果を出すには時間が必要だと強調している。

「ピルロへの批判は本当に笑い話だと思うよ。私は彼が偉大な選手であったように、偉大な監督になれると信じているからね。彼には時間が必要だ」

「プロデビューしてすぐに偉大な選手になることはできないだろう。もちろん、偉大なシェフやジャーナリストになることもね。すべてには時間が必要さ。だから、ピルロに初シーズンで偉大な監督になる期待をしてはいけない。10年、15年と経験を積んだ監督と同じ結果を出せというのは無茶な話だ」

「忘れてはならないのが、ジネディーヌ・ジダンはレアル・マドリーの監督に就任した際、彼にとって初めてのマネジメント経験ではなかったということだ。彼はユースチームで働いた経験があり、カルロ・アンチェロッティやジョゼ・モウリーニョのアシスタントも務めていた」

「だからこそ、ピルロが批判されるのを見ていると笑ってしまうね。申し訳ないが、物事には『経験を積む』という段階がある。ピルロは今経験を積んでいる最中であり、彼がすでにすべてを知っていると期待してはいけないだろう」

リリアン・テュラムの元代理人が息子ケフランのレアル行きを後押し「アンチェロッティに推薦している」

スーペル・コッパ2025の日程が決定!昨季に引き続きサウジアラビアで開催
