明治大学から鹿島アントラーズに入団したGK早川友基が、プロ1年目のシーズンへの意気込みを語った。

鹿島は17日、2021シーズンの新加入選手発表会見を実施。5選手が出席した。

明治大学からDF常本佳吾とともに加入した早川がメディアの取材に応対。自身の強みや意気込みを語った。
早川の強みは何と言ってもフィードの精度だ。武器については「両足からのロングフィード、ビルドアップで関わって攻撃の第一歩となる部分です」とコメント。「GKとして大事なシュートストップのところも、日頃の練習から鍛えています」とした。

鹿島には元韓国代表GKクォン・スンテの他、昨シーズンの正守護神であるGK沖悠哉、2年目のGK山田大樹がおり、1つのポジションを争うこととなる。
ポジション争いについては、「まずは今年は過密日程ということで、いつ誰にチャンスが回ってきてもおかしくないということで、そこのチャンスを掴むことは日頃の練習の積み重ねや継続することが大事です」とコメント。「武器を伸ばすとともに、短所の部分、ネガティブな部分を消していければと思います」と語った。

その中でもライバルのイメージについては「GK全選手が個人の特徴を持っていますし、それを日頃の練習から盗めるものは盗んで吸収して、自分の良さを出すことが重要だと思います」とコメント。「より細かく自分の中で分析して意識するようにしています」と、ライバルからも学んでいきたいと語った。

鹿島をプロ生活スタートのクラブに選んだ早川。その理由については「まず鹿島アントラーズは日本を代表するクラブだと思っていますし、そこで活躍することが日本を代表する選手につながると思っています」とコメントした。昨シーズン限りでレジェンドでありに音代表の経験もあるGK曽ヶ端準が引退。その中で大事なことは「日々努力して積み重ねていくことが重要だと思い、高いレベルで競争できるとも思っています。高いレベルで切磋琢磨してポジションを獲得するという大きな目標があるので、そこに対して向かっていきたいと思います」と意気込みを語った。

武器であると語ったキックの精度だが、得意になったキッカケは意外なもの「高校1年の時に試合で右足の付け根をケガして、どうしても試合に出なくてはいけない状況が続いて、左足を練習して試合で実践したことです」とケガで利き足が使えなかったことが理由だと語り、「今でもリアリティのある中で使えるようになった1つの要因だと思います」と実際のプレー中でも使えるようになっていったと語った。

アントニオ・カルロス・ザーゴ監督は、昨シーズンは3人とも起用し、最終的に沖がポジションを掴んだが、早川にもそのチャンスはあるはず。鹿島の守護神争いにも注目だ。

引退の鹿島GK曽ヶ端準がライバルGKクォン・スンテを語る「出会えなければここまでやれなかった」、台頭のGK沖悠哉らにも言及

27日、2020シーズン限りで現役を引退する鹿島アントラーズのGK曽ヶ端準(41)が引退会見を実施した。 地元の鹿嶋市出身で、鹿島ユース出身の曽ヶ端は、1998年にトップチームに昇格。小笠原満男、中田浩二、本山雅志らと同期入団だった曽ヶ端だが、当初は出場機会を得られなかった。 その後、2001年に正守護神のGK高桑大二朗に代わってレギュラーの座を奪うと、2017年まで正守護神の座を守り、2008年2014年までの7シーズンはフル出場を果たしていた。 今シーズンは明治安田J1で1試合、YBCルヴァンカップ1試合の出場に終わっていた。 来シーズンからはアシスタントGKコーチに就任する曽ヶ端は、今季台頭したGK沖悠哉(21)や元韓国代表GKクォン・スンテ(36)、GK山田大樹(18)、そして明治大学からの来季加入内定が発表されているGK早川友基(22)について言及した。 「沖だけに限らないですが、またシーズンが変わって、今年レギュラーをとって迎える新たなシーズンという難しさも、もちろんあると思います」 「(クォン・)スンテに関してもレギュラーを奪われて、ここからまたレギュラーを取り返すという気持ちが、また自分自身を成長させてくれると思います」 「山田も今年1年目ですけどチャンスをもらって、その中で良いプレーだったり、チームの結果として勝ちが取れなかったりという中で、チャンスをもらえたこと、少なかったですが、来シーズンに向けてチャンスをモノにできるように良いライバル関係でチームでやってほしいです。このまま引き下がる選手ではないと思います」 「大学から早川選手が入ってきて、1年目のプロの難しさはあると思いますが、自分の良さを出してほしいですし、刺激しあって、GKのチームとして良い結果を残せるようにみんなで戦っていければと思います」 特に、クォン・スンテは、全北現代モータースでAFCチャンピオンズリーグ(ACL)を連覇するなど実績を誇り、加入した2017年には一時レギュラーに。しかし、曽ヶ端がポジションを取り返す結果となった。 2018年以降はポジションを明け渡すこととなったが、ここまで現役を続けられたのもクォン・スンテのおかげだったと語った。 「僕が36、37の歳の2017年に来てから、僕自身もう1度レギュラーを取り返そうとか、負けたくないという気持ちを強く持ちました」 「そこで自分自身ももう1回モチベーションであったり、自分自身の成長を感じられる日々だったので、その辺りのライバルというか、そういった選手がいた、30代後半で出会えたことは幸せですし、出会えなければここまでやれなかったと思います」 今後は、鹿島でプレーするGKを育てていく立場になる曽ヶ端。求めるGK像については「現役の時も言っていましたが、チームを勝たせられる選手を多く育成できればと思います。そのためには、簡単な技術練習というのも大事ですし、実戦も大事です」とコメントした。 ポイントについては「人それぞれ課題は違うと思いますが、どれという訳ではなく、全体のレベルアップは必要だと思いますし、手助けできればと思います」と語り、「キャッチ1つ取っても完璧はあり得ないですし、そこをどれだけ上達して完璧に近づいていくかは、現役中のみんなの課題だと思います。それはキャッチだけではなく、全てのプレーだと思います」と語り、全ての能力を高める指導をしたいとした。 23年間チームに身を捧げた曽ヶ端。その大事さについては「海外移籍というのは僕らがプロになりたての頃よりは多くなっていますし、色々なルール変更でしやすくなっていると思います」と語り、「そういう向上心は大事だと思いますが、契約しているチームに対する愛情であったり、そのチームのためにプレーするということは僕自身すごく大事だと思います」とコメント。「そういうところも僕自身は在籍する選手には伝えていきたいと思いますし、そういう選手が数多く出てきてくれることを願っています」と語り、自身のように鹿島にキャリアを捧げる選手が出て欲しいと語った。 また、地元の子供たちに向けても「僕自身、地元茨城、鹿島というプロチームに入れた幸せを感じています」とし、「身近に素晴らしいチームがあるので、コロナで難しい状況はありますが、スタジアムに来て、身近に感じてモチベーションにしてサッカーをしてもらいたいと思います」と語り、自身が歩んだ道をこれからの子供たちに託したいと語った。 2020.12.27 16:12 Sun

「かっこよすぎる!」「激アツ」鹿島が『GIANT KILLING』とコラボ! 国立の横浜FM戦に向けた特別書き下ろしイラストが話題「めっちゃ似てる!」

まるで別人!若返り手術をした元Jリーグ指揮官の現在の姿に海外衝撃「誰か分からない」

鈴木優磨が“金髪”にする理由を告白

鹿島ポポヴィッチ監督が海外紙でJリーグのあれこれ語る「大分時代…」「日本人選手が進化」「優勝争いの予測など不可能」

鹿島アントラーズのランコ・ポポヴィッチ監督が、スペイン『Relevo』のインタビューであれこれ語った。 今季からJ1鹿島を率いるポポヴィッチ監督。 ここまでは、リーグ戦第24節を消化して13勝5分け6敗の3位、YBCルヴァンカップは3回戦敗退、天皇杯は8月開催のラウンド16へ進出…という成績となっている。 Jリーグ5クラブ目の指揮として鹿島を率いるポポヴィッチ監督は、来日当初のサンフレッチェ広島時代(2006〜07年)、Jでの初監督となった大分トリニータ時代(09年)を振り返る。 「私は06年以降、何度か期間を空けながらも日本にいるんだ。最初はミハイロ・ペトロヴィッチのアシスタントコーチとして広島で1年半。ミシャは広島、浦和、札幌で700試合以上指揮を執っているんだよ。彼も私も、オーストリアのシュトゥルム・グラーツでプレーしたという共通点がある」 「その後、UEFAプロコーチ・ライセンスを取得するために欧州へ戻り、09年途中に大分へ監督として向かった。私の就任後だけなら、J1の順位は5位あたりだったんだが…来た時点で14連敗の最下位だったチームを救うことはできなかった。大分が非常に困難な時代だ」 大分での約半年(06年7月〜12月)が、Jリーグでの監督キャリア継続に繋がったとも話す。 「結局、大分はJ2へ降格した。だが、当時大分には日本代表にも呼ばれるような選手が5人いてね。うち4人はまだ若く、私はそこでの仕事が今振り返っても好きだった。『日本人フットボーラーと共に仕事をする』ことのイメージを築けたのは大分時代だ」 「この国の精神性に適応することは不可欠だろう。『ボールは丸い、サッカーはサッカー』と言われるが、ボールに触れるヒトをどう扱うかは別問題だ。監督は心を開かねばならない」 また、2024年現在のJリーグ、日本サッカーについても諸々言及する。 「日本のフットボーラーは進化したね。今やヨーロッパの中枢に日本人選手がたくさんいて、国内に残る選手もヨーロッパでのプレーを目標にしている。今いるチームと個人の目標…バランスをとってもらわねばならないが、正しい方向に進んだとは感じているよ」 「彼らにはそもそもの才能があるからね。それも信じられないほどに。技術的には、世界で最も基礎が伴った国のひとつだろう。自発性に欠けるが、物事がうまくいくと、積極性だって増していく。私は選手たちに『最大の間違いは努力しないこと』と毎日言い聞かせているよ」 「ヨーロッパとJリーグを比較? スポンサーシップの点においてラ・リーガなどと比較することはできないが、それでも強力なリーグだ」 「予算はだいたい3000万〜1億ユーロ(約50億〜167億円)か。国家としてのバックアップが充実していて、もし明日から五輪のような主要大会を開催しろと言われても、釘一本打たずして、それを実現できる国だと思うね」 今季のJ1リーグの優勝争いについては、明言を避けつつ、「なんでも起こりうる」とした。 「地球上のどこを見渡しても起こり得ないことが、日本では起きてしまう。詰まるところ、Jリーグに絶対的な優位性を持つチームはないということだ。誰もが誰にでも勝つことができるのだ。だから、勝者を予測するなど不可能だ」 2024.07.26 17:20 Fri
