アストン・ビラが、セビージャのモロッコ代表GKボノ(31)に関心を寄せているようだ。スペイン『ムンド・デポルティボ』が報じている。

ボノはカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)を戦うモロッコ代表の正GKで、23日に行われたグループF初戦のクロアチア代表戦でスタメン出場。2日の最終節では決勝トーナメント進出をかけ、生まれ故郷のカナダ代表と対戦する。

所属するセビージャでも正GKに君臨。今季のチームはラ・リーガで降格圏に低迷も、昨季は1試合あたりの平均失点が最も少ないGKに贈られるサモラ賞を受賞するなど、リーグ屈指のシュートストッパーとして名高い。

そんなボノに対し、元セビージャ指揮官のウナイ・エメリ監督が率いるアストン・ビラが来年1月の獲得に照準。現在のセビージャは深刻な財政難のため、適切なオファーがあれば拒否するのは難しいという。

アストン・ビラが留意している点はボノのコンディション面。ボノは27日のベルギー代表戦で、当初はスタメンに名を連ねていたものの、キックオフ直前の国歌斉唱中に気分が悪くなり、急遽メンバーを外れることとなった。

どうやら元々体調が優れず、さほど深刻なものではなかったようだが、アストン・ビラとしては慎重に動向を追っているとのことだ。

「寄せすぎ」「コピーだ」アストン・ビラの新エンブレムがチェルシーに酷似?実は過去のデザインを踏襲したもの
