56年ぶりのワールドカップ(W杯)優勝を目指すイングランドは、イラン代表、アメリカ代表、ウェールズ代表と同居したグループBを2勝1分けの首位で通過。4日に行われたラウンド16ではセネガル代表を3-0で下し、ベスト8進出を決めた。

準々決勝のフランス代表戦までは中5日と、やや日が空くこともあってか、グリーリッシュは決戦へ向けて散髪。イギリス『サン』は「ヘアウィーゴー」の見出しでヘアカットの様子を紹介した。

トップスター御用達の理容室『A-STAR』はインスタグラムでカットの様子を公開。サイドを刈り込み、トップを後ろへ流した仕上がりに、グリーリッシュは上半身裸で満足そうな表情を浮かべている。

整った姿には「めっちゃかっこいい」、「すっきりしたね」との評のほか、「今シーズンの目標よりも多くの散髪回数」と、クラブでは今季1ゴールにとどまっていることを揶揄するコメントも上がった。

フランスW杯の戦犯が…ベッカム史上最高のFKから20年「特別な瞬間だった」

イングランド代表のユニフォームが変? ファンが気づいた異変はベテランキットマンのまさかのミス…「間違ってしまった」
