カンテとリュカがフランス代表を離脱、クロアチア戦を欠場へ

フランスサッカー連盟(FFF)は11日、フランス代表MFエンゴロ・カンテと同国代表DFリュカ・エルナンデスの2選手が離脱したことを発表した。

ヒザに慢性的な痛みを抱えるカンテは、4日に行われたUEFAネーションズリーグ(UNL)2022-23初戦のデンマーク代表戦でフル出場するも、6日のクロアチア代表戦、10日のオーストリア代表戦をいずれも欠場していた。

一方、リュカは筋肉に痛みがあり、カンテ同様に初戦のデンマーク戦のみの出場となっていたが、第2子出産に立ち会う理由もあって離脱となる。

3試合を終えて2分け1敗の未勝利フランス代表は13日にUNL第4節でクロアチア代表と対戦する。
