ドイツ代表が22日にFWレロイ・サネのカタール・ワールドカップ(W杯)グループE初戦欠場を明らかにした。

2大会ぶりの優勝を目指す戦いが23日の日本代表からスタートするドイツ。万全の態勢で向かっていきたいところだったが、バイエルンの背番号「10」を欠いての船出が決まった。

ドイツは公式ウェブサイトを通じて、サネがヒザの問題で試合前日のトレーニングを欠席した旨を明らかに。日本戦の欠場もアナウンスしている。

一方で、ほかの25選手は練習に参加。今年10月にハムストリングを痛めながら代表入りし、大会直前のオマーン代表戦も先発したサネだが、初戦を外から見守ることになった。

ドイツ代表に激震、77年続いたアディダスとの契約終了…2027年からはナイキに

シリア代表変更のダフードに問題…ミャンマー戦直前にチームキャンプを離脱

ドイツからシリアへの代表変更を決断したMFマハムド・ダフードに問題が生じた模様だ。現在、ブライトンからのレンタル移籍によってシュツットガルトでプレーするダフード。シリア生まれもドイツで育った技巧派のセントラルMFは、これまでドイツの世代別代表でプレーし、2020年にはA代表で国際親善試合2試合に出場していた。しかし、長らくディー・マンシャフトでプレー機会がなかった中、先日に以前からラブコールを受けていたシリアへの鞍替えを決断していた。そのダフードは今回のインターナショナルマッチウィークで初招集を受け、26日に行われる2026北中米ワールドカップ(W杯)アジア2次予選のミャンマー代表戦でのデビューも期待されていた。しかし、シリアサッカー協会(SFA)は26日、ミャンマー戦のキックオフまで数時間という状況において、同選手がチームキャンプから離脱したことを明かした。「マハムド・ダフードは代理人から伝えられた要求に我々が応じられなかったため、今朝、サウジアラビアのアル・コバールでの代表チームキャンプを出発した。これは代表チームに影響を与えるだろう」なお、SFAはこの一件に関する詳細は今後改めて発表するとしているが、ダフードのシリア代表での将来が懸念されるところだ。 2024.03.27 07:00 Wed
