シドニーFCは26日、フルミネンセを退団した元ブラジル代表FWドグラス・コスタ(33)を完全移籍で獲得したことを発表した。契約期間は2年間となる。
ブラジル代表としても31試合に出場し3ゴールを記録。2018年のロシア・ワールドカップ(W杯)にも出場していた。
2023年10月にLAギャラクシーを退団。2024年1月にフルミネンセに加入すると、今シーズンのカンピオナート・ブラジレイロ・セリエA(ブラジル1部)では10試合に出場。しかし、チームは下から2番目の19位と苦しんでおり、ドグラス・コスタに批判が集中しているなか、退団が決定していた。

“踊るGK”が再び本領発揮!PKキッカーに“踊り”で挑発されるも4本中1本しか決められず

バイエルンやユベントスでプレーした元ブラジル代表FWドグラス・コスタがシドニーFCに加入! ACL2では広島と対戦
