中国で拘束されていた韓国代表MFが10カ月ぶりに釈放、昨年5月に八百長や贈賄容疑で捜査対象に

10カ月にわたって中国で身柄を拘束されていたソン・ジュンホ

中国当局に身柄を拘束されていた韓国代表MFソン・ジュンホが10カ月ぶりに釈放されることとなった。

大韓サッカー協会(KFA)は25日、ソン・ジュンホに関して「中国当局に拘禁中だったソン・ジュンホが解放され、今日(25日)午後、仁川空港を通じて帰国したことが確認された」と発表していた。

ソン・ジュンホは、2023年5月に中国の上海虹橋国際空港から韓国へと帰国しようとした際に連行。拘留され、数日間にわたって捜査を受けていた。

これは所属していた山東泰山のハオ・ウェイ監督が八百長に関与した疑惑が持たれ、それに関連した捜査とともに、ソン・ジュンホ自身には山東泰山移籍の際に金品を受け取っていた可能性があり、贈賄容疑がかけられていた。

遼寧省の公安局は拘留期限が過ぎそうになると、逮捕し捜査を継続。2023年6月には、ユルゲン・クリンスマン前監督の下で韓国代表にも選出されたが、不参加となっていた。

およそ10カ月にわたって身柄を拘束されていた中、ついに釈放し韓国へと帰国。なお、中国側はソン・ジュンホ自身が有罪だったかどうかについては明かしていないとのことだ。

赤地に白のホームは「霜降り肉みたい」韓国代表の新ユニフォームはアウェイの方が人気に「アウェイは素晴らしいね」
