欧州初挑戦はクラブの破産もあり長続きせず、2019年夏から横浜FMに復帰。2022シーズンは蔚山へと期限付き移籍していた。
初の韓国での挑戦となった天野だが、Kリーグ1では28試合に出場し8ゴール1アシストを記録。チームのリーグ優勝に見事貢献していた。

空席だった韓国代表監督にホン・ミョンボ氏が就任、10年ぶりに韓国代表を指揮…2027年アジアカップまで
大韓サッカー協会(KFA)は8日、韓国代表の新監督に蔚山HD FCを指揮するホン・ミョンボ監督(55)が就任することを発表した。 現役時代はベルマーレ平塚(現:湘南ベルマーレ)や柏レイソルでもプレーし、韓国代表の主将として4度のワールドカップ(W杯)に出場するなど活躍したホン・ミョンボ監督。引退後は指導者の道を歩み、韓国代表のアシスタントコーチとして歩みだすと、2009年にU-20韓国代表の監督として初めて就任した。 ロンドン・オリンピックで指揮を執ると、韓国サッカー界に初となる銅メダルをもたらす手腕を発揮。2013年6月から2014年7月まで韓国代表を率い、ブラジルW杯で指揮をした。 その後、中国スーパーリーグの杭州緑城(現:浙江職業FC)の監督を経て、2020年12月から蔚山HDの監督に就任。Kリーグ1を連覇するなど実力を発揮しており、2026年12月まで契約を残している。 10年ぶりに韓国代表を率いることになるホン・ミョンボ監督は、2027年のアジアカップまで指揮を執ることに。9月からスタートする2026年北中米W杯アジア最終予選を前に、監督を決定することができた。 韓国代表は、ユルゲン・クリンスマン監督が指揮していたが、2024年1月のアジアカップで敗退後に退任。チームマネジメントに問題があったとして、KFAは後任監督を慎重に選択することを決断。3月、6月の監督は暫定指揮官を置いて戦いに挑んでいた。 2024.07.08 11:23 Mon

名古屋入りも噂されたノルウェー代表FWヨンセンがMLSのモントリオールに完全移籍

ネグランのPK弾で逆転勝利の蔚山現代が8年ぶり2度目のアジア王者に輝く!《ACL2020》

「本当にクール」「本物のトラになれる」江坂任も今季着用、蔚山現代のユニフォームが発表!伝統のストライプも鮮やかな3色に「今年の方が良い」
