アストン・ビラが、ワトフォードのセネガル代表FWイスマイラ・サール(24)の獲得に向けてクラブ間合意に至った模様だ。イギリス『スカイ・スポーツ』が報じている。
ワトフォードのチャンピオンシップ(イングランド2部)降格に伴い、今夏の移籍市場ではプレミアリーグの複数クラブの関心を集めてきたサール。
ここまではニューカッスルやリーズ・ユナイテッドといった中堅クラブからの関心が伝えられていたが、現在はアストン・ビラ移籍に近づいているようだ。
『スカイ』によると、アストン・ビラはワトフォードに対して、2500万ポンド(約40億5000万円)+アドオンというオファーを掲示し、これがチャンピオンシップサイドに受け入れられたようだ。
